El desayuno poco variado, las instalaciones muy descuidadas e incluso dañadas, no había agua caliente en la habitación

地段不錯服務一般就是沒有熱水，空調聲音太吵，無法入睡。

El hotel esta muy bien, ubicación perfecta, el personal es muy amable y atento, los botones del hoteluy serviciales , la chica que te prepara el desayuno es genial, lo único negativo es k el desayuno es muy pobre, las fruta estan malisima. Las Vistas son preciosas

difficult to rate because it depends of what you want. the good price, location, bed, clean rooms the bad breakfast - horrible with really bad service. i went twice just because i was in a hurry. i recommend a little café at the corner of 25 street Hot Water - in 7 days there was hot water twice, once in the morning and once in the evening The pool - they rent for the day to non guest. this is a small pool that gets crowded easily. i didn't use it, not even one day. AC - function ok but whith a lot of noise. Elevators - most mornings they dont work The hotel for me was just a place to go to if i were in the area because i have a house in Havana. if you want a hotel where you will use its facilities, this is not a good one/

I had an amazing experience at this resort, it has a great location so I could share with my friends and walk in Havana. The staff is kind,specially Kiara,from Customer Service. The food is excellent and I love Coffee at nigths. I just wanna comeback again,see you all soon.

Great service from Yailema. She was very helpful and friendly. Always on hand to offer any assistance needed. She made the trip worthwhile. Yailema suggested the the best places to eat, drink and enjoy the city of Habana.
