Friendly and professional staff, Beautiful Hotel, I consider that this hotel competes within the high standards of hospitality services The rooms are clean and very comfortable, the internet speed is excellent, the lobby is elegant, the breakfast is competitive and the preparation, presentation and selection are excellent, the bar is beautiful, the piano bar is magnificent, this hotel is wonderful and its staff is very courteous and friendly.

I was at the hotel for a Tennis competition, it was my first time here in Cuba. I loved the hotel, the staff and food. My room was 715, it was so comfortable with a nice view of the sea. Miguel, Aitana, Pablo and Veronica were very informative and extremely nice like our buttler, they took care of everything about us. I visited Skylevel lounge on the first floor a lot.

It's my first time at the hotel and I must say the experience has been very good. The service and the place are truly unique. I felt at home, the place is cozy and the views are some of the best I've seen in Havana. I would definitely come back and I highly recommend it.

Beautiful Hotel. Great Breakfast! Make sure you bring a credit card for any purchases at the hotel. They do not accept cash of any kind. (Other than for tips ;) ) The view from the rooftop pool has a stunning view of the ocean, the Malecón, and Havana!

Very beautiful hotel! I was in Havana for the first time! I choose this hotel, it turned out to be the best! Maximum recommendations! The head of the sky level service - Veronica - is simply the best! The room in beautiful colors! The bathroom is located in the center of the room, with a beautiful view of the ocean!

They do the best with what they have. The staff is friendly and helpful but it’s Cuba and so they don’t have all the amenities we take for granted and they run out of stuff. For instance, they ran out of pizza and and burgers. But they always have lots of rum.
