This hotel is one of the top 3 hotels in Havana. I had an amazing experience and a very pleasant stay with my mother. The food and service provided by the staff are subpar and there is always someone available to handle anything you may need. The views from the terrace are breathtaking. Miguel Angel from the reception is very informative and extremely nice, he made my stay so nice with how attentive he was. I was in a 6th floor room with a spectacular view of el malecon and Morro.

We had a great time in Havana thanks to this Resort the infinite pool is an absolute dream. The staff is very wellcoming, Our room was spacious, with all the luxury. Very clean and with good ambiance and smell. The food is also excelent specially in the 9th floor restourant.

Paid the premium service, the sky level its a very good choice you get ton of amenities special seats better service. And access to discounts and privileged areas. The room is very nice, very confortable the room gets clean everyday, and the towels replaced 5 star service, a real 5 star resort.

I stayed at the Royalton Habana hotel for three nights and was impressed by its modern design, prime location and first-class service. The hotel is located on the corner of the famous Malecón and Paseo del Prado, offering incredible views of the sea and the entrance to the Bay of Havana. The hotel has an elegant and luxurious decoration, and is equipped with all modern amenities. The rooftop infinity pool is a perfect place to relax and enjoy the scenery, and the spa offers a variety of treatments for the body and soul. The hotel also has several luxury restaurants, where you can taste Cuban and international cuisine, and a beauty salon, where you can pamper your hair and face. What I liked most about the hotel was the personalized and professional treatment I received from all the staff, especially the manager Obdulio. He was very attentive and kind to me, and he made sure my stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. He helped me book a city tour, he recommended the best places to visit and made me feel at home. Obdulio is a great host and an excellent representative of the hotel. In short, the Royalton Habana hotel is an ideal option for luxury travelers who want to enjoy the beauty and charm of Havana. It is a five-star plus hotel, which combines modernism and elegance with the most spectacular views of the sea. I definitely recommend it and hope to return soon.

Wow! What a great experience!! The food was fantastic and the staff was amazing. A special thanks to the food and beverage manager Carlos Proverbio and hotel manager Francisco Castillo were all so friendly and gracious. This was my first time to this hotel but have travelled to Cuba many times and plan on returning in November 5 stars to the staff and management. Jim Gregg Canada
