Very nice place to spend a few days in Havana. The breakfast was pretty much good, there was everything you'd need to eat well.
The room was tidy and neat with a picturesque balcony.

Since I arrived there I felt as good as I was expecting, excellent service and attention by the personnel of the hotel, clean room etc that made me feel good. I strongly recommend that hotel.

Ужасный отель. Приехали на час раньше времени заезда: сказали или ждите, или заплатите. Подождали.
Интернет постоянно вылетает и заканчивается, каждые сутки. Приходится каждый раз обращаться на ресепшн. В один из вечеров хотел помыться и в душе закончилась вода: сказали, что появится через час, когда закончат поливать газон. Ни через час, ни через два она не появилась. Вода появилась лишь через 3 часа.
В номере темно, света не хватает. Мебель старая и в комнате пахнет старостью.
Кондиционер при заселении не включался, пришёл их мастер в неопрятном виде и включил его. Потом сели батарейки в пульте от кондиционера , снова пришёл мастер и поменял их. Попросил его включить телевизор, так как у меня не получалось его включить: он тоже не смог его включить.
С наружного блока кондиционера, установленного на балконе за окном, вода затекала внутрь комнаты. Возможно, из-за этого запах затхлости.
По еде я не привередливый: в целом есть из чего выбрать и еда вкусная.
Итог, на 3 звезды не катит.

O hotel precisa ser reclassificado para zero estrelas. Nada corresponde a descrição ou às fotos que constam no site da Trip. As instalações são velhas e mal conservadas. No quarto havia uma porta que dava para outro quarto. A porta estava trancada, mesmo assim movi um móvel para reforçar a segurança. A porta de entrada do quarto era uma fechadura simples, não tinha o ferrolho de segurança extra. O telefone era apenas enfeite, pois o fio estava cortado. Em caso de perigo, como eu poderia chamar a recepção, sem internet e sem telefone? A água é gelada, a opção quente não funciona. O pior foi o café da manhã. As opções eram arroz, macarrão, pão, café. Nunca vi isso. E questionei a colegas que estavam em outros hotéis sobre como era o café da manhã e era "normal", com frutas, queijos, pães, geleias, etc. Os próprios hóspedes colocavam música alta dia e noite e, mesmo questionando a recepção não resolveu. Fui comprar uma garrafa d'água no restaurante do hotel, me cobraram um dólar em dinheiro. Depois, fui informada que a água custava 0,40 centavos de dólar e que só aceitam cartão. Ou seja, o funcionário ficou com o dinheiro para ele. A internet é limitada a uma hora por dia de estadia. Eu voltaria a Cuba? Sim. Voltaria a esse hotel? Nunca.
