Brand new 3brm holiday home with large deck and stunning sea views overlooking the Marlborough Sounds. Free Wifi, BBQ, Sky TV, and kayaks (launch over the road). The Link Pathway is located directly over the road. This walk track connects Havelock and Picton along the world renowned Queen Charlotte Drive. Take the children to look at the nesting shags in the tree (2 mins walk). Havelock is 10mins drive away and has a foursquare supermarket, petrol station, cafe, restaurant, fish n chip takeaways, a pub and marina for your convenience. Havelock is regarded as The Green Shell Mussel capital of the world. The wineries are 20 mins away. Beautiful spot and lovely house
We absolutely loved the tranquility and location of this unit. We were really ready to simply rest and relax in a beautiful spot at this point in our vacation and this was perfect for our family of four. Everyone had privacy but it was also well provisioned for a family. Be aware that it isn't close to much so be sure to get groceries on your way there because once you're there you won't want to leave.

Happiness in Havelock
A lovely spot with immaculate views, the kids loved the supplied kayaks. Getting them home and cleaning them was a small challenge. House and gardens were perfect with local birdlife hopping through the trees. Bedding was comfortable and clean. Kitchen well appointed.

Marlborough Sounds Getaway
The view from the property is awesome and the large deck provides a comfortable perch to relax and unwind.
The house was clean and ready for guests.
Kayaks available, but not very easy for 60+ yrs to carry across the street, through trees to the water
