On the 23rd we arrived in the evening to know that there were no rooms in our name that's after calling them every day before the trip to reconfirm my booking. Whoever manages their inventory has no idea and no matter if you have booked through Agoda or MMT your booking is bound to get canceled. The reason is OVERBOOKING. Later they agreed to give us a room at their 2nd hotel which was horrible, with no security. As many people were there like us waiting since morning, and afternoon to get their rooms. So whenever they see someone getting a room, they would barge in and grab the room key, etc. The hotel staff was purely helpless. Somehow we managed the night at a different property and were allocated a room the next day. So anyone booking a room at this hotel please be careful. Or make alternate arrangements. We were a group of 10 people traveling and since season time we were not able to get rooms at a single hotel. Which proved to be lucky also.
