Beautiful and very hospitable Miss.kusum...Hospitality And Green Chilli restaurant food is TOP NOTCH!!! Good service, good people, clean rooms , excellent ambience. We were here for 2 nights and 3 days. Great experience overall and nemo beach for scuba diving is very close by

The overall property was good, they need to improve the quality of entry doors, doors of bathroom, the in house service and need to revamp their bathroom.

Total waste of money No one at reception to pick up call for room service No one address the issue wether it is water tap and packed breakfast Check in issue with additional service offering Adamant staff at kitchen In the name of brkfst only bread available in their kitchen

Very good hotel property with all basic facilities available including restaurant, swimming pool, spa etc. A very smiling receptionist and helpful staff adds to the value. Definitely recommended considering the location and nearness to Jetty as well as other tourist spots and room prices. Need to improve on 2 things though - 1. Checkin requires a lot of wait (30-45 mins) even though you land there around the check in time. They need to speed up that and get rooms available quickly. 2. Room hygiene needs to be improved as there were a couple of cochroaches seen in the room. A regular pest control in rooms should help.

I am currently staying at this hotel at room no 207 Apparently it looks good but overall experience is bit bad so let me point out the cons first 1) we found cockroaches in the towels. There is practically no pest control. We are a family of 4 and as the bed is too small, I have to sleep on a mattress and I am seriously scared. I have attached a photo. 2)The bathroom is pathetic. The outlet of the AC is in the bathroom. So you can imagine what you are going to face when you are in the bathroom. The bathroom has a look of a 1000 Rs room and is really incongruous with the milieu. 3) Barring a few, the behavior of the staff is very bad. I repeatedly requested to send extra black pepper with my soup. They didn't and when I complanied, one guy cane to my room and handed over a small bowl of black pepper and left. His body language was offensive to the utmost level. 4) The AC at the room doesn't work but who bothers!!! 5) The view from the balcony is pleasing but it's so hot and so many mosquitoes are there, you can't enjoy. Now the PROs 1) The mangrove beach adjacent to the resort is so beautiful. 2) The pool is good enough 3) Food is not bad

The best hotel in the city .. the staff r so good nd well mannered nd literally the rooms r so clean everything is perfect a 5 star rating for everything the hygiene,food is like literally heaven they have the homemade recipes.. the decorum,the view loved everything!

Amazing experience, Polite Hospitality, smiling staff. Lovely breeze and Clear Swimming pool. Breakfast was awesome. It's just 2mins from Jetty. Food quality was average. Hair dryer also got as per required. Room amenities provide. As compare with room rate, the property is too good.
