Triple Play Resort Hotel & Suites

This hotel is gross! Thank goodness our sliding door opened so we could get some fresh air. The room stunk like old, musty dried up food from the 1950’s. The furniture is also from that era. There was what looked like tomato seeds on the bed skirt, the sheets were (I hope) cleaned, but all stained. The pull out bed had the plastic still on and no mattress cover. The fridge door handle had a layer of crumbs on it. I’m so glad I only booked 1 night, we could hardly wait to leave! My teenagers went to the free breakfast and enjoyed it. We walked over to the play place and checked it out and that looked like fun. The water park is smaller than it appears in photos and looks like it would be a good time for smaller kids. We ordered some food at the food place in the play park and it was decent. I wouldn’t stay here unless every other hotel in the area is booked. Or, if you don’t care about grossness.

The TV didn’t work and children were SCREAMING and running up and down the halls an hour past the quiet window. They parents were also yelling as well. When we called the front desk, the lady at the front informed us this was a child-friendly hotel, and that if we needed them, we could get ear plugs. In this case, what is the point of a quiet hour? Also, the rooms had an odd smell and the rooms were quite outdated.

Bed sagged 6 inches in the middle. Worn out, changed rooms, next bed was worse, they changed the mattress and it was even WORSE! Staff said kids jumping beds and break box springs, yet they still put the next guest in those rooms! Very dirty upholstery, mold in bathroom, lights didn’t work. $250 a night. Manager wouldn’t even look in the room, she just said she knew it was bad. Breakfast was crowded and TV in breakfast room was blaring. We asked them to lower the sound every morning, they did a little and only for a few minutes. Cartoons blaring again. Horrible experience.

Love this place, amazing breakfast , arcade and bowling alley!! So fun :) can’t wait to go back. I definitely recommend the kfc across the way from the hotel, it’s so cute . I definitely recommend to anyone with a friend group or family, cozy town!

This is a 2 star hotel at best. Nothing is updated and the rooms are dirty. You sign a waiver when you check in stating they will not clean your room, but will take out the garbage and provide more towels if needed. There's something wrong with the electrical, because our entry lights would occassionally come on if the door shut hard enough. The pool area had so much chlorine, that our eyes were burning while sitting in there. On our last morning there, there was a dog found wandering in the hallway pooping on the carpet. We will not return to spend insane money for this barely 2 star hotel.

Staying in the hotel attached to water park and fun center made it easier. Room was spacious and friendly staff in hotel and amusement part. Kids had a blast and will remember it forever. Definitely will be going again.

It ****** we requested top floor ahead of time and unfortunately when we arrived we were booked on 3rd floor not 4th. The family above us had kids running back and forth from 6am to 11pm constantly for the entire 3 days we were there and they would not change our room. we were also overcharged for our stay. Extremely overpriced and I would encourage anyone to stay somewhere else. The indoor water park was small but nice especially due to smoke from wildfires in the area. Would not ever stay there again.

The room was clean but had no towels, the elevator was broken and we weren't informed. 3rd level up lots of stairs with little one. Just walk through the breakfast room to get to Triple play was nice. breakfast was good. They only allow certain guests to have late checkout so maybe ask early. No remedy, discount, or sympathy at checkout.

Our reservation was scheduled in September. Unfortunately, we did not know that the Theme park was being remodeled and so only enjoyed the water slides, not the outdoor activities. The room was a nice size and the breakfast was great! The room service is available upon request only.
