As ever, Premier Inn delivered. Got a really good price for the night. Only 6-7 minutes walk to Hayes & Harlington station, so easy to get the first Elizabeth Line train to Heathrow for my flight. Easier and cheaper than being at the airport.
Really friendly member of staff on duty helped me when I couldn’t self check-in.
The room was clean, warm and quiet. Just what I needed and wanted.

The toilet is dirty. I asked for another room which is okay. But very bad impression on the cleanliness standard.
Receptionist didn’t ask further n changed me to another room. There’s no follow up and checking if the replacement is okay or not.
location is close to my office but this is a bad experience.

It was near airport, just one stop by tube. It was just a walk of about 7/8 minutes and you are at the entrance of hotel.

My wife and I stayed here prior to an early flight from Heathrow. The hotel was well located, only one stop on the train from the airport. We couldn’t find any reasonable restaurants in Hayes, so opted to eat at the restaurant adjoining the hotel. We were greeted at the door by Vanessa. What a star this girl is! She was friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful, going far above what would be expected of her. She ensured we had an excellent time at the restaurant, and really made a memorable start to our holiday. Thank you Vanessa.

Stayed overnight to collect someone from airport. Conveniently located. Premises clean and tidy. Efficient automated check in and check out. Good night sleep. Everything you expect from Premier Inn. We ate in the restaurant and enjoyed a good meal and drinks. Alaskar and the team worked hard as clearly not enough staff on the floor or kitchen. Overall - great place to stay and handy for the Elizabeth line to London too.

From the moment we arrived, all of the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. We ate our evening meal in the restaurant, which I can honestly say, was absolutely fantastic and such amazing value for money for the quality we received. Our food was cooked to perfection and received in a timely manner. The lone chef that evening absolutely nailed it! Being coeliac, our waitress (Alskar) was extremely sympathetic and attentive, which made me feel very relaxed and reassured. Thank you!

Food was delicious and the place was pleasant to sit and eat in.staff friendly and attentive.i had full English breakfast and I was very pleased with it .I would like to say well done to young lady Selam. I will definitely come back on the next occasion

Alskar was incredible and even allowed us to have a very early breakfast on marathon day...first class ! The rooms were really comfortable and the staff were so friendly and couldn't do enough for us throughout our stay. Breakfast was excellent
