Premier Inn London Hayes North

This was our first time in this hotel. The building is quite old, but the room was nice and clean. Reception staff were all very friendly and helpful. There is a bus stop just outside the hotel. Bus SL9 takes you to heathrow bus station and then you can take the picadily line to central London. It cost £15.10 for the day. The hotel is in the Ulez zone, so please check if you need to pay. It is £12.50 per day. There is a little restaurant next door. We had a take away the first night. The waiter was friendly and gave us the order on a tray with plates, sauces and cutlery. The following night we had dinner in the restaurant. The food was delicious and nicely presented. Service was very quick too. Big thanks to Jagdeep and Lakhfa.

Reception team were amazing, but the bathroom was dated and stained mould. The mattress was very soft and the springs were broken. Very uncomfortable and caused back pain. No towels in the room and the booking fails to let you know parking was extra. Not that I mind but would be nice to know. The lady on reception was the best part of the stay, trying to spin plates.

Hotel was clean and comfy although a little noisy on the Saturday night. The restaurant was okay on the Friday night when we arrived and the breakfast was good on Saturday morning although the men's toilets were disgusting and were covered in poo stains so my son had to go back to our room as he refused to use them. The hot breakfast on the Sunday was inedible as the sausage, bacon and black pudding were not properly cooked so we did not eat them for fear of food poisoning. On leaving Sunday evening we used the toilets in the restaurant before setting off and the men's toilets were in the same state as Saturday morning and did not appear to have been cleaned as they were still covered in the same poo stains. This is not the high standards I have come to expect from Premier Inn and I was very disappointed

Very old hotel. Chipped decor. My room was musty, carpets and tv remote were dirty. Hair in the shower (not mine) - tried to shower by touching as little of the shower curtain as possible! Very uncomfortable feeling. The bed had an 'off' smell. Won't be staying here again I expected way more from a hotel so close to the airport.

DO NOT STAY HERE, IT’S UNSAFE!!!! We watched the thieves mid-theft robbing our tools from our van after robbing the van next to us too. We have them on video. 3 men with distinctive logos on their hats and jackets. They had clearly been tipped off by a staff member. There were other incognito vans which had been left alone but the sign written ones were broken into with thousands of pounds worth of tools stolen. After talking to other contractors that have stayed in this hotel, they have had their vans broken into and tools robbed from them too. Even the reviews on trip advisor highlight the robberies. The police told us that they had been called to robberies at the hotel 8 times in the last two weeks. Staff don’t care, CCTV is not shared which highlights our suspicions of an insider tipping off the thieves. We even had to pay for the car park after being robbed.
