Shame that the jacuzzi wasn’t working and in spite of there being a boiler problem, it didn’t affect my stay.

Great stay as usual, can't beat the brekkie wide selection for all

We reserved a harbour view room - this view also happened to include a not so nice view of an untidy utility/loading bay area! Room was old and needed binoculars to see the TV it was so small. After a visit to the pool, we came back to the room to no hot water and were told this was because all the other guests were using it! After waiting about an hour and several calls to the reception from our own phones as there was no phone in our room, finally went in person to sort it out and we were moved to another much nicer room where the hot water was working. This room was at the back of the hotel with no view. We had dinner in the Waterside restaurant, had to send the lamb steak back to the kitchen as it was undercooked. Overall it was an average hotel, not sure we'd stay here again especially on a special occasion. Photo is of the second room's view.

I can't give this max marks because in modern day, having WiFi that's either terribly slow or completely non existent, makes for a very difficult stay. Especially when the 4G/5G reception is also atrocious. If you are wanting somewhere unconnected, this is the place for you! Release your inner OAP and give up your devices for the duration of your stay, because you won't be able to use them anyway 🤣

Wanted to visit hayling island for three days and the langstone hotel came up on the internet and it was a great price for the 3 days including breakfast

Got back from day out room was not cleaned next day no clean towels but room was done

Generally good, cleanliness relates to the spa area which really could have been improved. Furry friend living in the dockyard! Staff wonderful

The location was beautiful bed lovely but unable to have dinner in the restaurant as it was too busy, we could have eaten in the bar or in our room bur was advised that this would be a long wait and limited menu as there was also a wedding being catered for. We came down to the bar that was full of the wedding party guests and had no tables or much room to stand, so we decided to venture out. When we arrive back the carpark was full the wedding was in full swing music blaring and a lot of guests hanging around bar and outside. The spa is non existent for a few months alleast according to staff and the towels in room were like hand towels and BEWARE OF THE RADIATOR IN THE BATHROOM ITS DANGEROUSLY HOT!!! Lastly the noise the other guests coming and going from the rooms and banging doors along with the fans made for a very uncomfortable night.

Excellent value for the price, very welcoming service, great SPA facilities .We enjoyed our stay it was wonderful:)

Love this hotel , its clean the staff are friendly , the room had all u needed and room service is good too , the value for money 💰 was brilliant , drinks a bit pricey but everything Is in tje current climate , would definitely come bk 😀
