Conveniently located. Spacious room. Walking distance to hay market. Lots of food options around. Will definitely stay here again next time.

My family had a great time at Sydney Central Hotel. The receptionists checked us in early and gave us a late checkout and there was a kid’s corner for my kids to play at. The room was quite retro and cozy, and the beds were very soft and comfortable to sleep in. The TV also had many nice channels that my kids enjoyed watching. Also, the breakfast was delicious and there was a fruit juice machine there. The bathtub was good. Lotion was provided. Corridor has funny smell. The Landry room was very useful. However, the swimming pool was very small. No slippers, no water provided. Toothbrush on request.

8th floor has some smelly because of swimming pool. Understand but every time when I get off from elevator, feel uncomfortable.

Our previous trip staying in Novotel Sydney for 9 days was unpleasant as the room cleaning was always not done and have to constantly calling the housekeeper to send the staffs to clean it. This trip during the Hotel Check in , I’ve brought it up to the counter staff, and we don’t face the same issues like last trip. During our 7 days staying, 1st day hotel sent the complementary fruits/cheese platter to our rooms. And the most important that our both room was cleaned, towel changed, etc. out 1st nite, we have a splendid dinner at St Thomas Kitchen in the hotel. The steaks was nicely done, the side dishes and desserts was great ! Have ordered room service for burger and salad, tast good and food delivery was fast. Will stays there again for our next trip.

Very nice hotel pretty downtown and also Very close to Tram and Subway! Nice pool on the 8th floor. Best breakfast in a long time! Very friendly staff!!!

Good location, spacious and tidy room with nice facilities. Helpful staff work here and it comes with a small but well-served restaurant bar.

Close to everything — walkable distance to Chinatown, landmarks and the shopping districts. Great breakfast with daily housekeeping. Spacious room. However, parking was not free (known beforehand) with the cost around $45 per day (unlimited hours).

The room was exactly what we needed for two children and one adult.

The location is just perfect, super close to Central from where you can travel to any part of the city ! In walking distance from the hotel you will find lots of food places of different cuisine. I stayed there on New Year Eve and got an unexpected surprise in my room when got back in the evening: a box of delights (cheese , salami, fruits …) and a bottle of champagne 🍾 as a compliment from Novotel ! It was so thoughtful and nice of them , really appropriated that move ! Another thing which I really liked is the softness of the bed and different types of pillows so anyone will find the most suitable for himself ! Last time on my trip I stayed at Novotel Darling Square, but could say that was much more happier about my stay at Novotel Central ! Highly recommend!

Great location, clean room. But the items like shower cap & coffee in the room is not replaced daily

It was a very comfortable stay throughout my trip. Location was perfect, within walking distances to Chinatown, Darling Square, Darling Harbour, bus stops and Light Rail stations. Room was very spacious and clean. Gym is open 24 hours which is very convenient. Recommended.
