Have often had a meal in the restaurant over the last 30 years and really enjoyed the food. This was our first stay at Rissington Inn which was great and a convenient stay over for the Kruger Park.

We had a lovely stay at Rissington prior to heading to sabi sands for safari. We used it as a pit stop to do the panorama tour and elephant whispers and the location is really good! Hotel itself is lovely and authentic. Food was amazing and good value for money! Facilities also good, had a massage too which was great! Pool area l was nice although pool was a little cold for me so didn’t go in but there were people using it. Room was spacious and had everything we needed but perhaps a little dated. Overall a great stay and a good location on the whole!

This is a modest place on lovely grounds within a secure compound. The rooms and bathroom are pretty basic but clean and comfortable enough. We dined at the restaurant both nights we were there and the food was good and reasonably priced. Breakfast was also sufficient. Special shout out to our excellent waitress Sindile who provided excellent service and was super friendly. We would probably try and find somewhere a bit flasher next time but for the price we can't complain for 2 nights visiting the Panorama Route.

Wow what can you say. Hotel with stunning gardens complete with swimming pool. Individual cabin rooms are spacious with all mod cons. They even have an outdoor shower if you want it. Beautiful staff who are so attentive. Good is marvellous with good wine selections

Stayed overnight before our flight to Victoria Falls. Room was clean but basic. Outside shower. Grounds are pretty (didn't have time to use the pool). Evening meal and breakfast was good with plenty of choice. Lots to see on the nearby Panoramic Route. Friendly staff.

I have been to the Rissngton Inn several times and each experience was excellent on all levels. Accommodations were as promised and gracious. Truly a peaceful, lovely setting with superior service and smiling staff. Could not ask for better service or a better location for Kruger experience, travel to Panoramic Route and other activities. Will definitely go back.

Overnight stay from KNP to Jo'burg, before our flight back to Blighty. Easy to find - off main drag through Hazyview down dirt road. Lovely staff - a specific mention for Sindile who gave us the most wonderful welcome - a credit to Chris and Rissington. Beautiful room (Euphorbia) and public areas - enjoyed looking through all the areas at pictures, letters, articles etc on the walls. Great buffet and cooked breakfast options. Despite warnings not to go out after dark, we went out for early dinner, so unable to comment on the TdH dinner options. I think maybe if you are not familiar with the area/roads or lack some confidence (pot holes, people walking in the road, crazy driving and some ignorance of traffic lights/stop signs etc), then staying in for dinner would be sensible! Thanks for having us - we will be back when we are in the area.
