Very good place to stay and what a lovely hotel with staff who took care of all our needs. Beautiful grounds and very peaceful with large rooms.Highly recommended for single people or families......enjoy!! we had a great time at this hotel and will return back in the future.

Wonderful place!!! SO cute and comfy. Shopping and restaurants right there in the area. We would go back here in a second! Staff was attentive, friendly and helpful! When we got there we were treated to cake, coffee/tea or soda's, nice touch!

The room was not clean; the bathroom was nasty and full of tiny cockroaches!! We arrived at 7 pm, and we called the receptionist to ask for room service, but they told us, “THERE IS NO HOUSEKEEPING AFTER 4 PM,” so they sent us a guy who sprayed insecticide, but the next day, tiny cockroaches appeared again in the bathroom. The reception only had one receptionist who was very polite and trying to help, but he had no experience solving problems, which is unacceptable in a 4-star hotel. The restaurants and furniture are very dull and old, and there is no entertainment; the food was okay (not impressive), but the vibes of the place were depressing, and the sad part was that you don’t have any other option to go other than these restaurants. The lodge and rooms are outdated, the furniture is torn, and it needs much maintenance, especially in the swimming pool area. The lodge is full of big wild cats in the garden that won’t allow you to rest or sleep. I noticed that the security guy was very sweet and welcoming. While securing our gate during the night shift, he was sitting on a big brick on the floor in the cold weather with no humanity instead of being provided with at least a chair and umbrella. Our reservation was for a bed and breakfast; the breakfast was a set menu with a strange mix of food that didn’t match. In conclusion, this place is very disappointing, and I wonder how they got this rating; although it is a four-star hotel, and I heard many good things about it but to be honest, I can only give it 2 stars.

We stayed at Perry's Bridge Hollow for 2 nights while we toured the Panorama Route. The rooms were very big and spacious and the pool area was really nice. We didn't use the pool area that much because it was a little chilly, but I bet on a hot day it will be nice. The hotel is also walking distance to an Italian and Steakhouse. Would definitely recommend staying here on your way to Kruger or to see the Panorama route.

I rate my stay a 10/10 From their welcome treats, their service their old school aesthetics. As an artist their decor and designs stood out for me. This place is so much of a convenience because its 3 minutes away from junction hazyview mall..

We had a great overnight stay. Perfect place to relax before or after Kruger National Park adventures. We would be happy to stay longer. Food and people are exceptional. Rooms very clean, decor very cute. There is an outdoor swimming pool and garden set up. Everything is reasonably priced.

The welcome from the reception was warm, the security guards were friendly. The house keepers were always willing to assist and very accommodating. The rooms were sparkling clean, the place was central to Kruget National Park and Granskop’s gods Window.

Staff and room were actually really good but nothing ruins the experience better than a freezing cold shower after a long day on the road! Unfortunately we only stayed for one night so maintenance didn’t have a chance to repair the problem. Disappointing!

Caster Bridge Hollow is the best ever, I can recommend anyone From reception to the rooms and food im very impressed. I won’t forget the staff Tebogo,Ntokozo and Sindile very helpful guys keep it up ❤️🙏

Perry's Bridge is a comfortable mid-price property with wi-fi, restaurants, and shops near the entrance to Kruger National Park. South Africa suffers short but almost daily electrical power outages and I need consistent power at night when wearing my CPAP respiration device. By installing a nearby generator, the staff ensured that I was able to wear my CPAP at night. I am deeply indebted to the thoughtful of management and staff. For that and the fact that it's a very comfortable and convenient property, my wife and I highly recommend it to others!

We have used this hotel on a number of occasions before and after our safaris. It is in a great location with good security and is located with access to some wonderful drives to see the amazing scenery in this area. The hotel itself is lovely with spacious rooms and big comfortable beds. Welcome drinks and cake on arrival. The pool area is good with comfortable sun-beds and hammocks to relax. The Kukka Cafe is the hotel restaurant which is wonderful and has great quality food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The staff are lovely and always eager to help and make your stay a good one. We will be back when we are visiting this area again.

We stayed here during February and one of the wettest weeks of the year. Despite the rain the hospitality and location were ideal. We stayed for two nights and found the service and accommodation to be first class. The rooms are beautifully appointed with a very old school luxury style. A huge bed, nice dressing table and both a large shower and outdoor shower (nice touch). The security fence outside the front door sees regular visits from ostriches too giving a taste of what’s on the doorstep at Kruger park. The hotel is based on a small retail park with a variety of shops and a few restaurants, including the hotels own restaurant. We are at both the hotel and the local Italian both of which were great value and the usual high quality service we have found in nearly all of our South African meals out. Overall a great spot to stay at for a few nights when visiting Kruger, would highly recommend it.

We were very kindly welcomed (with carrot cake and glass of red wine) and had a wonderful stay, would highly recommend. Very spacious and clean rooms, fantastic bed and outside shower. Some nice restaurants are located near the hotel, also Kruger Park is a 15 min drive.
