Haihui Hotel Hefei Downtown recensioner

A wonderful hotel! My wife had to arrive very early, long before check in, at 4AM. The hotel graciously let her check in early. Upon my arrival, at 4:30PM, Yvonne finished checking me in. Her English was perfect and she upgraded our room for our 7 day stay. The room was comfortable and very clean. Our housekeeping, Miss Fang, was wonderful. She was friendly and treated us like family. My wife loved her. The buffet breakfast was always delicious. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. As a foreigner it can be uncomfortable and awkward staying at hotels. However, the people who work at this hotel did their best to make me feel welcome and comfortable.

Convenient location, although a tad far from the metro station (10-15 minutes walk). The room was extremely spacious, with a good view from the 20th floor. There is a new mall across the street, which makes living there pretty convenient. The check-in process was extremely fast and smooth (no need to take a picture of your face and son on). The gym is fine, although it seems the AC is not working very well there (I ran 20 min and my tee was soaked). I also used the swimming pool, which was good too. The only drawback was the AC in the room, which was old and didn't seem to be working very well.

Been staying at this hotel every time I visit Hefei. Wonderful experience every time. Great location, comfortable rooms. The staff are really professional. I did have some problems with my room card the 2nd day but it was sorted out easily and really professionally. My only complaint is that when I went to the gym all the machines were in need of maintenance and did not work properly.. Was also extremely warm inside the gym with no A/C. And that is the main reason I return to this hotel because of the gym facilities. But except for that the stay was comfortable and I would definitely recommend it. For me it's the hotel I choose when I go to Hefei.

合肥海滙假日酒店用最暖心最優質的服務送給我們2025年新年最最感動的禮物🎁，為了第二天早上不耽誤出發時間，貓寶貝頭一天半夜帶到房間，第二天準備退房時突然發現貓寶貝不見了，在求助了前台後，前廳部張永紅經理立即給查了監控，保安部劉晨不厭其煩，到房間和樓下平台多次查找，我們從擔憂到心痛絕望，工作人員一直安撫着我們的情緒，兩個多小時後在衞生間角落牆壁裏找到了，可是除非破拆不然根本看不到，張永紅經理絲毫沒猶豫立即打電話通知工程部帶工具來破拆救援，程建春和許玉付師傅趕到後全程趴在衞生間地面上開展工作，最後有驚無險。 9點到11點，酒店早上最忙的時段，前廳部，客房部，保安部，工程部……沒有責備，沒有冷漠，海滙假日酒店的張永紅，劉晨，程建春，許玉付用最暖心的服務送我們踏上温暖歸家的路途。

不錯的酒店，位置優越、大堂很整潔，服務提升後服務態度非常好，大堂的工作人員很熱情，尤其是一位周先生服務態度非常好，有種“賓至如歸”的感覺。👍

春節回老家，選擇了假日酒店，性價比很高。房間很大陽光充足用品整潔，所有物品都很乾凈衞生，過年期間二樓早餐也很豐盛，前台小王和小胡很有耐心，服務態度很好，前台還放置了糖果🍬，點贊

非常不錯的酒店，乾淨，大氣，服務特別好。在市區，交通方便，酒店門口就是吾悦廣場，很方便。酒店前台登記員特別好，非常客氣，而且服務很好。房間很大，洗漱用品齊全，房間視野也非常好，性價比特別好。值得入住。

海滙假日酒店在和平廣場後面大通路與明光路及蕪湖路交叉路口，地理位置優越，酒店對面就是wuyue廣場購物中心，走10分鐘酒店萬達廣場。地鐵1號線與萬達廣場相連。酒店衞生乾淨，條件設施設備齊全，房間寬敞明亮，早餐豐富，服務周到，電梯及其方便，2點退房。非常不錯，推薦入住。第3張照片右起第2幢樓就是該酒店，共28層。
