The hotel was very clean and the location was also very good and the breakfast it was very good and the cleanliness was very good.If I go again, I will stay at the same hotel.😊👍

Holiday inn is boasted of its prime location around city centre and it has short distance to all of its attractions and high sports. It is quieter than other hotels as dodging in a crowded area off a less hustling alleyway.

Location good Cleanliness good Breakfast average. No service. Need to show guests they are welcome and learn to smile.

Found 3 cockroaches in the room. Smell of pastecontroll was there for 3days. Tried to change room but the smell was more. As I had paid before checking the room I had to stay in such old hotel. Lift, room, lobby all were unclean. Pathetic stay

The hotel is in a good location near San Xiao Kou MRT. So we took the bus from hefei airport to Sanxiaokou, walked about 6-700 meters and reached the hotel. Breakfast was also good. I love Chinese food but still have sausages and fried potatoes. The vegetable menu is super delicious especially the tomatoes. The receptionists are nice in general but they do not speak English at all and seem not to really understand what you are trying to say. So, travelling with someone who can speak Chinese would make a better experience in Hefei. The room has all necessary amenities. Shampoo, Conditioners and soap are Treseme. Has hair dryer, towel, room shoes, 2 bottles of water. If I come back to Hefei, I will book this hotel again.

It was good
