Hotel Central Hauptbahnhof recensioner

Unassuming accommodation in Heidelberg. Exterior looks abit old but the room is very modern and clean. Reasonably nightly rates. Very near to train station at just 5mins walk.

The location of this hotel is great, and the front desk people were nice too. But the facility was way below either the industry standard or our expectation - the knob of the shower was falling down, the curtain was also falling down and could not close; the reading light switch had no handle; and the shower drainage was blocked (see the photos) ---- shockingly this is in Germany!! Very, Very disappointed.

Location was perfect and old nostalgic atmosphere hotel however not kind staffs, not clean, smells smokes in the room. Could manage much better!

Location: across the street, ~5 mins from the hbf. Reception: allowed early check in; they don’t always have someone at the counter so just give them a call and they will open the door for you (met some other guests, really nice people who helped me make the call!) Lift: old and small but it works! Room: double bed = 2 single bed merge together. had some flies initially because they left the window open to air it, service staff helped to get the flies out. Toilet: small but manageable if you are petite, may not be suitable for big size people as the bathing area is small. Transport: took RNV20 to and fro to the furnicular (which led to other tourist areas), super convenient!

The hotel staff is incredibly helpful. I arrived really early on my check-in date and they were happy to let me in my room. Then I had a medical emergency while staying there and they helped with everything. Plus the room is a really good value for the price.

Location was one block from train station, one block from metro and a grocery store. Elevator was a very small.

車站旁邊但離老城區有一段距離，隔音很差，但櫃檯人員都很好！只是進出都需要鑰匙開門，如果櫃檯不在位置上，你就要等到她回來或是其他房客開門⋯房間門鎖非常古老，裡面也要用鑰匙才能上鎖（如圖），介意安全問題的人請注意一下！！！

衞生：房間挺乾淨 每天都有人來打掃 環境：在主火旁邊 附近有Kaufland超市 服務：大廳有免費的咖啡 注意：德國酒店不提供礦泉水及牙刷牙膏

不光是破舊，而且很難用。比如洗臉池，當你洗臉的時候一定會碰頭，不管你個子多高。夏天，沒有空調但是卻有一個厚實的被子，不知道到底怎麼匹配的。有一個落地電風扇，但是多少年沒有吹過了，真不習慣。恰巧，這天還很熱。不知道攜程是怎麼考察的，這種地方也能合作。

Близко к вокзалу, интересный интерьер, чисто. Понравилось в принципе все. Только попасть в отель было сложно, т.к. на входной двери указаны немецкие номера телефонов. Сотрудников на рецепции не было, возможно это было связано с праздниками.

對這家酒店的印象不太正面，任何東西都是有些年頭的。反正當時不只是圖便宜，也是圖方便，距離火車站和汽車站都不遠。

房間很大，給了四張床的房間，特別好。離火車站很近，但是離景點有點遠，沒有空調。 晚上九點之後就沒有服務員了。

夜間九點就沒有前台了 火車晚點到了晚折騰了一段時間才搞定鑰匙的問題 攜程幫忙解決的 不過這種code我覺得以後可以提早發一下 避免大半夜在外進不去 離車站近
