62 km to the northwest from Helsinki, by the lake Hiidenvesi.
Hiidenlumo is a traditional round-log cabin on two floors by the lake Hiidenvesi. The beach is shallow, and the bottom is covered by stones at the beginning, mud bottom deeper. Large pier, swimming stairs. Small rowing boat and SUP board.
The terrace on the beachside has magnificent views of the lake. Hiidenlumo has been renovated in 2022/23 (built in 1993).
The use of the hot tub is included in the accommodation price, available during open water time (please pay attention to the heating instructions given by the owner, thank you). When the lake is frozen, the hot tub is not available, but then there is always possibility for ice swimming.
The upper floor has two bedrooms, one with double bed (width 160 cm) and the second bedroom with bunk bed (lower bed is 140 cm wide double bed). Large living room/kitchen and WC.
From the upper floor, access to large balcony with gas grill and the possibility of dining.
On the ground floor, home theater, fireplace room, electric sauna, WC and washroom with two showers and washing tower (washing machine and tumble dryer).
There is a pool table on the covered terrace.
Separate, wood-heated lakeside sauna, sauna room/dressing room with sofa bed. The lakeside sauna is available all year round (electric heating and wood heated sauna stove-fireplace combination).
In connection with the lakeside sauna, wood-heated hot tub, outdoor shower, barbecue area and modern dry toilet near the sauna building.
Kayak available and possibility to rent a fishing boat directly from the owner (Buster M, 40 hp engine, electric trolling motor, live sonar).
Small and medium-sized well-behaved pets are allowed for an additional fee of 30 e/pet, max two pets. In the yard, there is a dog fence with a dog house. The tenant must carefully clean away pet hair and droppings. Traditional and cozy log cabin by the lake Hiidenvesi, equipped with all modern comforts, plus its own cinema.
