The stay was OK. The only issue is that if you need assistance with anything, you will need to call a paid number (16 euros for 4 minutes). So if you book, you need to pray everything is going well...

Self checking process need Improvement

Very convenient, clean room, easy to access. Located very strategic near city center

I had to wait in front on the hotel for two hours because they didn’t send me the information for self-check in. Facilities and price were good

Everything is automatic, well planned, good location.

I didn’t receive any info/code on how to enter the apartment, so I had to call and ask for help. The call took 18 min, operator slowly asked me many questions - passport, phone, email and said that he will send code via phone and mail. I still have not received anything. At the end of the call he told me the code verbally. As a result, I was charged 180€ (i.e. 10€ per minute) for this call - ***?! I want to get my money back!

Simple room on a good location if you want to explore the city.

Hotel ideal cerca de la estación de trenes, museos, tiendas y en el centro de la ciudad. Se echaron en falta unas taquillas donde poder dejar las maletas o mochilas, debido a que no tienen cosigna, dado a que no tienen recepción presencial.
