The hotel’s location was perfect—just a 10-minute walk from Helsinki Central Station. The facilities were modern and spotless, and the free sauna (though small) was a nice bonus. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, and the staff were friendly and helpful. My only minor complaint was that the bed was a bit too soft. Overall, a fantastic stay!

The hotel is located in the city center in Helsinki! The room is also clean and newly!

Hotel check-in area was quite small, but the atmosphere was quite nice. Good breakfast.

Excellent customer service and good location. Huge thanks to Constantin ( hope the name is spelled accurately) and his colleague ( another male counter staff) for their patience and consistent assistance during our stay. The room was clean. And one can walk to the main attractions by walking.

Little bit far from the station, but still very easy to access. The front desk are very friendly and allow us to store our luggage before we can check in. Unexpectedly, the room offered to us was very big, we could open our two big luggages freely, very much appreciated! Such a nice accommodation and really recommend!

Overall stay was ok. However room design was very weird. Bathroom floors were not heated which wasn’t great during the cold weather. Tried calling reception several times to request  for an extra heater as the room heating wasn’t sufficient. Nobody answered and had to go down to reception to request for one. Funny thing is even the reception staff was not aware if it was available.  I have never been to a hotel where the staff at reception would answer me with “I don’t know” or I’m not sure, I need to check. Breakfast spread was good with many choices.

Good room

The hotel is located very close to the central station with many restaurants and cafes in the surroundings. The facilities are very new and clean. However the rooms are not quite like the pictures, the standard double room we booked is so small that we can only open one luggage at a time and we ended upgrading to another room type. It's not a big difference in terms of money but we feel scammed and the perception isn't great. Another thing when we tried to use the sauna their staff told us we needed to pay for it and book a session in advance (at least two hours in advance I believe), which no one mentioned before not even when we check-in nor printed anywhere in the hotel. Overall the hardware is og high quality and I'm quite happy with it, however, the software in terms of service and communication has plenty of room to grow.

Good hotel. Hope the got more discount. If I visit Helsinki again will choose this hotel
