Töölö Towers recensioner

The hotel is like a service apartment. The staff is very nice, the room/kitchen is very clean and sorted. They offer simple breakfast but you can also cook by yourself, or go to nearby cafe to enjoy. It’s suitable for a long-term stay traveller or a traveller who likes to cook during the trip.

Short but lovely stay. Basic but functional amenities. Short walk to the tram which connects you with the city center within 10 minutes. Supermarkets, restaurants and parks all around for a quick fix

2024年11月に2泊しました。 部屋のタイプはシングルルームです。 全体的に綺麗なホテルです。 部屋にはテレビ、デスク、ベット、冷蔵庫、ハンガーラック、1人掛けのソファーなど必要な物は揃っています。 コンセントはデスク横とテレビ下にありました。 トイレ、浴室にはドライヤー、大小タオルがありました。コンディショナーはなかったです。 共用キッチンには電気ケトルや調理器具などがありました。（確かオーブンとかコーヒーマシンもあった気がします） 屋上に展望台みたいな所もあり眺めは良かったです。 サウナもあります。 立地的にはヘルシンキセンター駅からトラムに乗り、トラムの駅から徒歩3分で合わせて20分もあれば着くので立地も良いです。 手荷物の預かりをチェックイン前、チェックアウト後共にお願いしたら快く引き受けてくれました。（無料です） 事前にオンラインチェックインのメールが来て、それを入力すればホテルで記入する必要もないので、それも良かったです。 値段もリーズナブルで朝食も付きホテルの従業員も親切だったので次回もまた泊まりたいなと思いました！

ヘルシンキのどがつく真ん中ではないけれど困るようなハズレでもない立地です。 ホテルではありますが大学が所有？しているとかで、確かに寮のような、長期滞在に適した施設でした。自分で使うランドリーなどもあります。 チェックインの手続きなどがセルフ化するなかでゆっくりひとりひとりに対応してくれるのはなんとなくあたたかみがありとてもよいものでした。ありがとうございました！

環境不錯，離赫爾辛基中心很近

For the price I paid, I would say that it is an overall OK experience. This was my second stay, the room was OK but small. The room was clean but the painting on the ceiling was starting for wear off. The closets had holes on the floor full of dust. You would wish that they do a little extra for your comfort but they don't. For example, there is no room cleaning and I stayed 5 nights. To get room cleaning, you must stay more than 7 days and that will be only once a week. It would be nice to have the cleaning done at least once for stay longer than 3 days or at least a tidy up of the room. Also during my stay I discovered that it is you as a customer who has to take out the trash from your room. Everything seems calculated, so it does not cost the hotel too much. Breakfast is fine but not exceptional. The staff overall is friendly but you should not come with extravagant requests. The location is 10 minutes from Kamppi, 15 minutes to Kauppatori, the tram stop is just nearby. The sauna on the top floor is really nice and there is an access to a nice terrace with a wonderful view. Hotels in Helsinki can be very expensive so I think that for a short stay it is still a decent option. I have been to better hotels in Helsinki but those were more expensive.

I will call it a 4 or 5 Star ⭐ hotel. What I liked most is that it is a very safe place, calm, clean and comfortable. The breakfast is also healthy and delicious. However, there were essential needs unavailable such as soaps, detergents, sanitizers, Clorox, dishwashers and moppers. Most residents don't expect that and so they face difficulties in the first days.

I stayed in a large, spacious, bright studio flat on the top floor, with ceiling to floor windows on one side. Everything worked, the design was well thought-out. Reception were responsive when needed. Gym 30 seconds away. Weekly room clean. All worked really well.

Definetly worth of price. Room and the breakfast room are bit like a college dormitory: clinical but practical. This is not you place If you are looking for normal hotel-level accommodation. Location is ok. The tram goes just one hunder metroa from the accommodation and it takes only 15 minutes to walk to city center.

Had a comfortable stay. Breakfast was also good. Came for Slush and needed a central place as a base. Was in a good location, easy to reach public transport and the venue. Beds were comfortable and long, showers hot, what else should I write to reach 200 characters :D

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and warm, even though it was cold outside! And most importantly, the place was nice and quiet. On top of that, there's a nice sauna and tasty breakfast buffet every morning. The location is great too - just a couple minute walk to bus stops and tram stops. We truly enjoyed our stay at Töölö Towers!

WHAT AN OUTSTANDING EFFICIENCY AND GENTLENESS, ALWAYS AND PARTICULARLY ON THE OCCASION OF MY DELAY IN THE INCOMING FROM THE AIRPORT, A REALLY DIFFICULT SITUATION. HOPE TO BE BACK TO HELSINKI, AND IN THAT CASE THEREFORE I'LL BE THERE AGAIN!!!
