We have stayed at the Premier Inn Helston many times over the last few years. All of the staff on reception we see on a regular basis including Amanda, Kacey, Lynne, Larry and Michelle are very friendly, chatty and always very helpful. On a recent visit last week for a 50th birthday Amanda remembered from last December we were coming back in March and upon arrival waiting in our room was a birthday card, bottled beers and chocolates which was very thoughtful and much appreciated. I really can’t recommend Premier Inn Helston enough and if I could give more than 5 stars I would. Look forward to seeing you all in August. Shane and Paula Le Prevost

An amazing place looks like small cottages from the outside.Friendly welcoming staff both in the hotel and restaurant/pub. I felt safe and comfortable staying here. I'd have liked more pillows but that's miner and I'm sure if I had asked they would have given me more. I'd like to say value for money but you do have to pick your times to come and surch for a cheap deal but that's hotels in general. Is recommend this place for sure tho Easy to get to places aswell. Kacey + Lynne were the ones who welcomed me to the hotel xx

I can say, it's like, home from home, stay here on business regular for a week or so each time, reception staff Kacey & Lynne, very friendly and helpful, they're a credit to Premier Inn… housekeeping staff are really good ... The rooms are always clean & freshly made up …Definitely stay here again and recommend the establishment to friends and family and colleagues. well done. 😀

Went in for a coffee in the maytree which is the bar / restaurant part of the complex. Had to walk out as the woman behind the bar was so rude, even other customers commented on how rude she was. We just asked for coffees and she slammed down the tea pots in her hands, huffed at us and said “ we aren’t ready for this, we have just finished breakfast!” When confronted by her rudeness she said it was just an expression! Well here’s an expression, if you don’t like customer service then look for a different job. There’s no excuse for rudeness. They have just lost a lot of custom as my family did go in there every week for food, not anymore!! Management need to address this matter or they will drive the locals away.1

had a great nights stay. only stayed for one night. receptionists were amazing. jessica in housekeeping did an absolutely amazing job. had a quick conversation with her when i was heading to my room. great customer service. will be returning.

Great service from lovely friendly staff. Room was comfortable with adjustable heating, could have done with fluffier pillows but probably could have asked for them. The helpful reception staff gave me a downstairs room due to my having knee pain. There are also disabled parking spots outside the front entrance of the hotel. Had breakfast in the May Tree every morning, where we found the food to be plentiful and tasty. Had great friendly service from Denise and Nikki in particular. Very happy to return to this Premier Inn every time we come to this part of Cornwall.

Lovely big rooms, clean and spacious. Lovely reception staff on arrival and always warm and welcoming. Shout outs to Amanda Katie Emma and lynne. As only really see the afternoon staff. Always there if you have any problems or queries. Would recommend

I always love coming down here, the staff are amazing, (especially the Monday team) Katie and Lynne the smiles and kindness go a long way.. I couldn’t ask for a more welcoming team. The Wi-Fi has gone downhill in the last couple of months which is very much an issue as there isn’t any mobile signal. If this was rectified it would be perfect.

Upon arrival I was told about an issue with payment from our companies travel provider and I have to give a shout out to Kasey for being very patient with said travel provider as they weren’t the best at resolving the issue. I like to use this hotel for work as it’s fairly local to my office. The staffs friendly manner and excellent service cements it as my preferred hotel.
