Great suite. Comfortable beds. Room was clean and staff were awesome. Room was better than pictures depicted. Breakfast area clean with good food. Hard to find driveway into hotel but watch closely for sign and you can find it. Would stay again.

Nice hotel to stay in a great location clean rooms and very comfortable beds, never had house cleaning the two nights we were there but we managed, I would most probably be staying there again

I work construction and need access to be able to do laundry, I was very disappointed to see your laundry room out of order. If I had known this ahead of time we would have stayed somewhere else.We had to cut our trip short because we didn't have enough clean clothes. I paid for a night I couldn't even use.

I travel a lot to visit my extended family (I have 8 children & 12 grandkids), and we have had a Wyndham membership for years. My son and his wife are having another baby, and we were there for a very short visit to help them out. We had one day to swim, and spend time together as a family. I literally said time and time again, while booking, calling to check on room, and checking into hotel that we desperately looked forward to a day together at the pool. I also said that this was the ONLY REASON we booked at the Baymont. I was assured that the pool would be open, and despite the hail damages the week aft booking... the pool "would be open 💯 open!" It wasn't... early the next morning the noise started, and guess what??? POOL CLOSED!!! They said it would open at 5pm. We had ONE DAY to spend together... dinner at 6:20pm-7pm. I asked if there could be some sort of discount, or something... "NO, nothing!" I talked to the manager later, and she was horribly rude and quiet literally didn't care. She (witnessed by my husband and nobody was at the counter at the time) literally said word for word, "You can have a full refund, and go to Motel 6... they have a better pool anyway!" I was shocked! What manager says that? My husband said he was shocked at how nice and reserved I was with this manager the second time, and front desk man the first time I was informed of the closed pool. When I got home and called the front desk, same guy was lying, didn't care, and told me to look up customer service information on the website... then hung up on me. He said he had a lobby full of people, but there wasn't anyone that we saw (besides workers for roof) the whole time were were there. Also, I didn't hear anyone over the phone. It doesn't really matter, the customer service was the worst ever!! The room was adequate at best, no cream or sugar for the 4 pkg of coffee, and the small room on the 3rd floor wasn't really worth the $300 charge. I guess our entire family will be staying at the Motel 6 when we all (7 families) visit our son and his new baby! Never staying here again, and I would advise y'all stay at any hotel besides this one! PS: We didn't have breakfast, so I have no idea about food. Sorry.

The property was clean and felt safe. Decor is a dated, elevator runs slowly and room layout with the sink-vanity adjacent to the door felt a bit odd. The shower was nice with good water pressure and a high-placed shower head. Lodging options are sparse in Henderson. Have stayed at the other chain option and it is dreadful.

We have stayed here many times over the past 5 years for business. This time has been very disappointing. The beverage machine had only one bottle of water, and the machine was absolutely FILTHY! The sign on it said” serviced daily”. Unlikely. The evening clerk had no water to offer . Whatever happened to complimentary water in room?? Also, we noticed the carpets, floors , elevator were very dirty. Not sure what is happening, but this hotel is going downhill.

I stayed downstairs room by the bar. When I first enter the room there was a lot of roaches in the tub. disgusting 🤮 So I ran the bath water to get rid of them. Walk outside to get the rest of my bags. Came back into the room more roaches in my room. Keep in mind this was by the restaurant and bar in this hotel.

The hotel is clean, rooms nice, breakfast is above par for price. Easy check-in and checkout. Bar is convenient and drinks good. Good location in town. This is my second visit in 3 years and I would book again.
