Fairfield Inn & Suites Nashville Hendersonville

This was the most enjoyable stay!! My room was upgraded for my birthday which was a great surprise. The front desk person was amazing (sorry I don't remember her name). I was so disappointed the hot tub was broken but she was able to discount the room a smidgen for the inconvenience. Room was clean, shower amenities were amazing and wish I would have written down the name. My hair felt wonderful. Breakfast was good, quiet stay and felt safe.

Great hotel,prefect location close to everything. Very clean, breakfast very good.staff very friendly. Great restaurants around hotel .beds comfy and very clean thank you. Very easy to find. Staff very helpful and accommodating. Bathrooms big and great amenities.

Disappointing in a few ways. Despite asking for cleaning the room and taking out the trash, nothing was done. The shampoo bottles were ripped off the wall and the receptionists weren’t very helpful. Despite all that the area was very safe with a lot of shops around, the room and beds were ok.

I know it is a budget hotel, but the standards were really disappointing. There is only lukewarm water in the shower. There was hot water at the sink, but not in the shower. And despite asking to have our room cleaned, it was never cleaned in the four nights we stayed. Half of the lobby was blocked off with clear plastic tarps because of a water leak. The hotel is understaffed and poorly maintained. We won’t be staying here again.

After traveling 800 miles and at 10 pm, we are told that the elevator is out of order and we're booked on the 4th floor. I'm mid 60s and my wife is late 60s. No help whatsoever with our luggage. We weren't notified and everyone else was full. The staff is HORRIBLE. PS. We did get the room half price, for what that's worth...

Arrived the day after Christmas to be told that "housekeeping didn't show up today" so we were not able to have a room. After a long day of holiday travel, the very LAST thing we needed. I had made a reservation weeks before and had PRE-PAID. No notification from the hotel in advance, even after checking in 2.5 hours before arrival. I'm a Titanium Elite member and should have been guaranteed a room regardless, but no client should ever had had this experience. According to the desk clerk, we were at least number 4 of the day that had been turned away with no noticed. No manager on duty and no representative of the hotel ever reached out to apologize or explain. Marriott also did nothing to help or compensate for the experience, which really makes me think it's not just this location, but the entire brand that is suffering. I would only make a reservation at this hotel if you don't actually need a place to sleep.

I don’t say a lot I have to speak upI stayed at Fairfield in Hendersonville Tn. We were there for a wedding we had a lot of rooms. There were a several ball teams. These parents were drinking they were so loud you could hear them all way up stairs. I felt so bad for Hotel Manager she was asking them so nicely to quite down they were rude and ugly to her kids running every where. Other people staying at hotel were complaining about noise. All these rude selfish parents threatened to call Marriot complain if Marriot condones this kind of behavior then let’s shut down Marriot . This manager was so in control trying to please everyone

Staff at the front desk were very helpful and friendly. Our room was clean and nice sized. I like that this hotel still had travel sized amenities like shampoo instead of in the shower containers. Beds were comfy. Breakfast in the morning was eggs, sausage, cereals, pancakes and breads. I will stay here again traveling through Nashville again.

Horrible!!! We’re titanium elite. They said since we live within 20 miles they could not give us a room. We were having our wood floors refinished. They called the police on us. We’re in our 50’s and have never been arrested in our lives. One of the worst experiences of my life!!!
