你這個酒店我住了幾次了沒有一次是滿意的！特別是今天！ 12點就過來大聲的敲門大聲的問要不要退房！不退房要扣20塊錢一個小時的費用。我想説這個年代是有那個人給不起它這20塊錢嗎？要這樣來打擾客人休息，而且過一會又來喊一次要20塊！ 我想問，客房的電話是用來擺設的嘛？不會打電話需要這樣子大喊大叫？ 而且不是有100元按金嗎？難道客人睡着覺都能怕客人跑單不成？ 正常酒店都是給好評延遲退房到2點，這點業務都不瞭解。這樣的服務還有臉要求客人給一個好評？我給你20塊！好評就免了！ 希望大家避坑，萬一那天那個客人剛好在12點的這個時間辦點什麼繁衍的事情！都能給你終止施法了！

停車位少難停車，前台服務差，凌晨三點半入住讓我12點就退房！！發火了才説延長到下午兩點退房！安排非常不合理，夜晚還開兩個鼓風機在走廊，讓人無法安靜入睡，噪音很大！

幫朋友預訂，查看了幾家酒店，這家點評不錯，朋友的反饋:酒店在橫州大道位置進出環境好，酒店還有免費自助雪糕，冰果茶和温花茶，都試了下，好喝，前台服務微微笑很好！買了份早餐很豐富還是很值得！感冒了客房服務員給多2瓶水還幫燒開太貼心了！整體來説這個價格很值得！下次還會選
