Amazing place to stay!!

I stayed the hotel for a bussiness trip and it was a good and big hotel. Room was too far 😜

Nice hotel

The staff here as helpful as can be, really excellent. In common with many Van der Valk hotels their approach to customer service is superb. The rooms are really big and comfortable. There is a huge dining room and plenty of car parking space. It's ideal for business travellers but we held a family party here and it worked very well. The Wellness suite, including pool, gym and multiple saunas, is really good. The only thing that slightly disappoints is the food. Both dinner and breakfast are just about good enough but nothing special. It's a bit overpriced for what you get but the waiting staff are all absolutely lovely and kind.

My go to choice for business break near Oldenzaal. The rooms are spacious, modern, clean. The restaurant service and food is excellent. There is an onsite gym/pool and spa which is the perfect way to unwind after a long day. Yes the surrounding area isn’t great, but with a hotel this good, the need to venture out isn’t there! Will be back 😊

Stayed here for a few days and the room was large and spacious. Bathroom was big too and came with bath tub. There was an issue with my firdt room with the bath refusing to drain and was charged to a different room which was without issue. Cleaning staff decided to chuck again my sachet of skincare which I left in the paper cup in the bathroom which was irritating. Food at the restaurant was good. Breakfast was also ok.

Nice place! Close to the motorway. Room okay, a bit far away. Unfortunatly bothered by smoke from other guests from surrounding rooms. Separated toilet and bath, nice soft towels. Nice restaurant - fine food. Breakfast very good!! Kind and sweet staff !!

We had a short stay at this hotel. Staff is friendly. I booked breakfast however we had to leave early. So i changed it to a lunch package which was quite nice. I had the choice between big and small. I chose big. It has 6 sandwiches 2 pieces of fruit, water and a candy bar. Almost 20 euros each which is not cheap. Nevertheless we did both breakfast and lunch with it so if you see it as such it is not too bad at all. Beds are comfy rooms ok. Coffee machine also so that's great. Other amentaties i can't comment on as my stay was so short.

Lovely hotel. Room was roomy and clean. 2 single beds with single quilts is not a double bed but it suffices. Steak in the restaurant was wonderful. Breakfast is a bit expensive and there is no English breakfast. Only bacon and small sausages. Overall would definitely stay again

The Reception and Hotel room was good. Long walk to the hotel room ( huge complex) although building was only 60 % occupied. Dinner, good menu options, was fine. Drink affordable. Breakfast great choice. Watch out for the electrical PV car loading stations, 6 options but not all that clear on costs, so prevent supprises.

Camera voto 8, unica pecca manca il bollitore per me fondamentale ( forse se lo si chiede in reception lo forniscono ). Pulizia molto buona e nonostante vicino autostrada molto silenzioso. Hotel business con ristorante annesso di qualità. Colazione buona, ma personale durante essa molto distratto e poco efficiente. Tavoli da sparecchiare nessuno ad accoglierti per numero camera e prodotti finiti senza essere rimpiazzati. Faccio questa critica solo perché da un hotel di questa categoria ti aspetti di più. Nel complesso comunque positivo.

Na 1 nachtje te hebben geslapen in van der valk Hengelo zijn mijn vrouw en dochtertje(3) thuisgekomen onder de jeukende plekken. Huisarts gaf aan dat het mogelijk is gekomen door bedwantsen. Na dit gemeld te hebben bij van der Valk zijn wij zeer teleurgesteld in hoe dit door management is afgehandeld. Geen Valk Hengelo meer voor ons!

We hadden 4 kamers gehuurd voor een huwelijk in Hengelo. Mochten er al rond 12.30 van gebruik maken. Was heel fijn en zo konden we ons nog opfrissen en omkleden. Het waren hele fijne en grote kamers met een mooie badkamer. Het ontbijtbuffet de volgende ochtend was zoals je van een van der Valk mag verwachten perfect!

Wat was het weer genieten van dit gezellig hotel, personeel zeer vriendelijk, hebben de welness gedaan,heerlijk van genoten. Het eten was ook erg lekker, de drie gangen diner, en het uitgebreide ontbijt. Komen zeker terug.!!Fam Koops..
