Sartori Concept Hotel

A beautiful, small hotel within short walking distance to everything. Close to airport but quiet. We had a lovely stay and enjoyed the amazing and HUGE breakfast in the morning.

We stayed at the Sartori for 1 night at the start of our holiday having arrived late that evening. Check in was seamless with all of the info needed to self check in provided in advance over WhatsApp with very clear instructions. We drove from the airport and parked in the public car park just outside the city walls which is under a 5 min walk away. We stayed in the 60 degree room which is on the top floor. The room itself is if anything even better than the pictures make it appear and it has a lovely view over the hotel courtyard. We didn't have breakfast, only because we wanted to head out and explore the city. The hotel is a 5-10 min walk for the main centre of the shopping and restaurant districts and it's very easy to access both and to get around. Miron is a great host and provided lots of info on how the hotel has been renovated - including a photo of our room at the start of the renovation without a front wall! I'd definitely recommend and we would stay here again if in Heraklion.

Excellent stay. Beautifully designed room inspired by Italian Fifties design. Exceptionally clean. Supercomfy bed. Fridge, kettle, coffemaker, even white wine ready for us. Nice inner courtyard. Very kind, helpful hosts, they also kept our bike bags while we cycle around Crete. We will be back!!

A very pretty and lovely place to stay in! near the centre of Heraklion so very convenient. The staff were so very helpful and friendly…. I would highly recommend this place to stay in if you are planning to visit The Knossos palace ruins and the Archeological museum which is within walking distance from the Suites.

We had an amazing stay at this place! Everything about it was just great. From the moment we arrived, the communication and service from Miron the owner, were outstanding – super friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is beautiful, with top-notch facilities and a stylish, thoughtfully designed interior that really gives it a personal touch. The room was super comfortable and finished to a really high standard – you can tell a lot of care went into every detail. Location-wise, it’s perfect – just a 5-minute walk from pretty much everything in Heraklion. Honestly, it’s hard not to give this place a perfect score. 100/100 from us!

The hotel itself is beautiful. Modern and impeccably renovated. Great attention to detail. Beautiful shared courtyard in the middle of the unit. It’s also near some very good restaurants and historic sights. Just be forewarned that there is urban renewal going on in this area and that the few blocks between the commercial area and the hotel can be a little unnerving.
