Great breakfast, nice location. We got one of the smaller rooms and the nicer ones would have made it nicer

Great location for people using the ferry to get around and very close to good local restaurants and sites including archeological museum

Amazing location easy to walk to the main street. Breakfast was pretty good. room was clean bathroom too.

The Hotel itself is clean and convenient located nearby the Heraklion Harbour and city center. Note that you need to check in at the lato Hotel across the street. The annex lato is a separate building.

I had a lovely 2 days stay here! The staff was helpful and friendly, room service was excellent too! This was the nicest hotel for a great price! I chose the budget room and will come back again! Also, I really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast! Cheers!

酒店還不錯，硬件設施屬於3.5星～4星水平，基本對標國內的全季。 酒店位置很好，離港口很近，步行10分鐘可達。離公交站也很近，步行大約3分鐘，坐02路公交可以直達米諾斯王宮。 前台服務很好，我們最後一天是早上的飛機，需要7點前出發（酒店從7點開始提供早餐）。我們提前一天跟前台説了，第二天早上就為我們單獨準備了打好包的早餐，並幫我們叫了出租車。

두개의 호텔를 운영하신 업체이다.위치는 좋지만 주차장은 없다.청결은 무난하고 방은 크지는 않지만 그저 사용하기에 나쁘지 않았다. 7층의 라운지는 해변을 봇수있고 요새지역과 항구가 눈에 들어온다.

We spent the night in Heraklion before departing on ferry the following morning. The room was clean and even though we were on the ground floor, we didn't have much noise to contend with. The breakfast in the morning was serviceable, but much appreciated first thing in the morning when we had to head out. It was located in walking distance to both the harbor and the heart of Heraklion.

I had a pleasant 7 night stay here at this accommodation while in Heraklion, Crete. It belongs to the Lato Boutique, which is the main hotel. The Annex is right opposite and required card access to enter. Room was the Economy room (15 sq. metres), a little on the small side, but good enough for a solo traveller. The room was right next to the stairwell and the lift, so there were times I could hear people moving about, but at night it was very quiet, and there were no sleep disruptions. Bed was comfy, air-conditioning was also good. The shower was also good, with shampoo and soap provided, though I noticed it was running a little low towards the end of my stay (i.e., no refills were done). I also appreciated that a luggage rack was provided, along with two bottles of water on check-in day. Fridge was big enough to fit lots of mineral water bottles to keep them cold, which would be a great reprieve in the summer time. Room safe was incredibly huge as well, it can easily store laptops securely, if needed. The elevator door got stuck on the day of check-out, but still worked, so not too big of an issue there. Wi-Fi requires a special code that you can get from the reception. My first code strangely stopped working after two days, but was promptly rectified after I informed the reception of the issue. There were no other connectivity issues for me. The hotel location is pretty near to the Venetian Port, and the Rocca Fortress; it is also walking distance away from the main shopping street in Heraklion and lots of good eating places nearby. There are also supermarkets nearby to get water as well. It does get quiet at night, but I did not encounter any incidents that made me feel unsafe. My room came with buffet breakfast included, which is served in the main building. Breakfast starts service from 7 am onwards, and was generally quite crowded at the start. Depending on the crowd level, the staff will occasionally open up a new section of the dining area. Breakfast was generally good, there was a good spread of American breakfast items, to pastries, ham and cheese and even Greek yogurt with a lot of condiments. It varied a little bit from day-to-day, but was generally the same for the most part.
