Veneziano Boutique Hotel

For the price it is amazing. Less than 10 minutes walking to the town hall and the shop and restaurants area. Also, 10 min walk to the harbour and fortress. The room was really spacious. Bathroom was great. The breakfast was simple but what is needed. You can try park in the street, otherwise there is a big 24h Parking 5 min walk. I would say the only thing it was that we arrived on Monday, as we had to call someone to get access to the room. But after getting the door code, key was there and it was all easy.

Very beautiful small hotel with an even beautiful yard for coffee and breakfast! By the way breakfast was very tasteful from traditional recipes and local fruits and vegetables.A historical building and very helpful staff , in the heart of Heraklion. Definitely I will stay again there when I will visit the city again.

The location cannot get better, literally steps away from the central square. Nice, big room, small little kitchen with water/ tea/ coffee facilities, comfy mattress, spotless clean, good healthy Cretan breakfast. Will definitely book it again in the future.

Unfortunately this "hotel" was probably the worst accommodation experience I've had in my life. Let's start with them calling us from a random number telling me hours before we were going to check in that no one was going to be on site. That's right, there would be no staff. They left our key in a lockbox and said good luck. Getting this information thru a cell phone call traveling internationally with someone who does not speak clear English was enough of an issue, but once we arrived we were shocked by how terrible dirty and unsafe the neighborhood felt. There were people loitering around the property, looking at our car after we parked and we thought they were going to steal it or worse - all the while, fussing with a lock box combination with zero help from the front staff- because they all decided to go home. Once we got in, the room itself was incredibly dated and musty. The pictures they list must have been of the best room possible with new linens, since our linens looked like they were from 1980. We literally walked in and walked right out. I have never left a place so quickly and booked a new hotel a few blocks away at a MUCH much better neighborhood and hotel (Astoria Capsis, which was very good and literally the same price - which is to say that this place was very very overpriced). there is also no parking, literally anywhere - small streets, narrow driveways, no parking available. I think the worst part of the whole experience was the hotel then attempted to censor the review and bully their customers. You can't call yourself a Hotel if you are a collection of old rooms around an abandoned courtyard with a lockbox to enter. Even hostels have more service and amenities. Instead we thought we were going to be robbed. DO not stay here - literally save yourself.

Très bonne situation Très proche du centre à pieds d Héraklion - Par contre hôtel non insonorisé donc assez bruyant Pas de vue de la chambre, vue sur la cour intérieure - Chambre propre mais triste. Suffisant pour une nuit seulement. Place pour la voiture uniquement dans des parkings payants

Habitación incómoda. Escalera peligrosa para subir a la cama y lejos del baño que está en planta baja. No había ninguna persona en recepción, solo solucionaron el check in por teléfono debiendo pagar una llamada costosa por nuestra cuenta. Atención al llegar pésima. El desayuno comienza recién a las 8 am.

Die Fotos auf der Website erzählen nicht die ganze Geschichte. Die Lage ist nicht so idyllisch, wie der Anschein es vermitteln soll. Unser Zimmer war in maisonettestil aufgeteilt, das Bett unter der Zimmerdecke, so daß ich kaum aufrecht stehen konnte. Insgesamt hätte es eine Renovierung vertragen.

価格に見合った部屋で、市内観光には便利です。ホテルのスタッフは親切ですが、私が行ったときは15:00以降はスタッフは不在でした。そのため、一人でカギを開けなければなりませんでしたが、このカギがなかなか開かない。毎回開かなくて、部屋に入れなかったらどうしよう、という気持ちを抱えて3回目くらいでようやく開くという経験をしなければなりません。それから初日は私しか客がいなかったので朝ごはんはないといわれました。写真ほど部屋は素敵ではありません。悪くはないですが、あえておすすめもできません。

Questo piccolo hotel si trova in ottima posizione in Heraklion. Una volta che avrete trovato parcheggio, non sempre facile in zona, sarà la base perfetta per visitare la parte interessante della città, perché tutto è raggiungibile a piedi. Oltre questo l'hotel si distingue per la qualità del servizio e l'eleganza. Le camere sono completissime di tutto e spaziose. Nella nostra c'era pure la macchina Nespresso (con capsule incluse) e il ferro da stiro. Il bagno è completo (tranne il bidet, assente in tutta Creta) e di design, con una splendida doccia doppia con finestra trasparente verso la camera da letto per i più birbantelli (con tenda per i pudici). Non vi parlo della colazione che è uno spettacolo. Un megabuffet vi aspetterà nel patio interno (peccato solo che quest' area non venga lasciata alla fruizione dell'hotel anche in altri momenti). Tutto é di design, curato dalla figlia del proprietario al minimo particolare. Personale gentilissimo, ma non sempre presente durante il giorno (ma disponibile a chiamata). Io ho rotto un copri pietanza in vetro. Mi aspettavo un ciglio alzato di disappunto. Mai mancato il sorriso (non me l'hanno fatta nemmeno pagare). Letti stracomodi...Ca va san siro!
