I stayed at this hotel, only for 1 night (due to some sort of problem with a reservation that was made back in May that was not well explained by the reception) and was rather disappointed. Not with the room as the bed and pillow were confortable, but mostly because of the lack of quality with the breakfast that was serviced. The hotel offers a wide variety of food for a 4 star hotel but the quality does not match that standard. The staff were rather friendly but the approach that they have is very laid back, which for me, does not match with a 4 star hotel.

NOT AN ADULTS ONLY HOTEL - AVOID!! Don’t be fooled by the nice pictures online. Me and my partner stayed here for a week and on arrival we did not get told about what time breakfast was, where the pool was or any important information. We then get showed to our room, on the bottom floor, which was the worst room in the whole hotel with the view being the hotel reception / back of the hotel kitchen so everyone would have their fag breaks outside of our room and we would hear constant noise. No privacy at all. A lot of rooms even above, the balcony’s are pointing inwards so your view is literally the hotel lobby. The pictures do not show this at all, don’t be fooled. You can hear when the next rooms are having a shower / run the tap and it’s extremely loud. I had to wear earplugs every night or I’d get no sleep at all. Constant loud people shouting outside our room and we were right near the lift, we had asked to move and got told it’s fully booked and there was nothing they could do. Most people staying are young and rowdy people. The maid brings her small child everyday with her whilst working and the kid screams and cries all the time and you can hear it from the rooms. Other kids hang near the lobby / outside where our room was making constant noise. We had put the ‘clean our room’ sign on and we got back at around 5pm from our beach day and it hadn’t been cleaned so my partner had to go to reception to get us clean towels. The next day it was cleaned however it was a half job and our mugs for tea were not replaced and our bedding was not changed at all and toilet paper was not replaced. They also do not provide hand soap so be aware you will have to do your own shopping for the room which is ridiculous. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. There were also kids allowed in the pool and it made no sense as it’s supposed to be adults only. The pool area was filthy, never regularly cleaned and the location was in the middle of the busy strip. The breakfast was diabolical with hardly any options and all pastry’s gone dry from being left out and the water for tea was lukewarm with limescale bits floating in your tea. Me and my partner paid for breakfast for the whole week and had it once because it was that bad. The beach near by is so cramped and wouldn’t recommend it if you want a nice white sandy beach holiday. The guy on reception didn’t help us at all and said ‘I don’t get paid enough’ when we made a complaint and he did nothing about the screaming children, it was a joke. AVOID AVOID if you want a peaceful holiday. The only saving grace was Adina who was lovely with helping book a taxi for us. That was literally the only positive.

Το rooftop προσφέρει ένα ευχαριστώ κλίμα για χαλάρωση και να απολαύσουμε τα cocktail με την παρέα μας. Τα δωμάτια είναι καινούργια με αναπαυτικά στρώματα και θέα. Τέλος το εστιατόριο προσφέρει πολυ νόστιμα και όμορφα πιάτα, όπως τα μπέργκερ και οι πάστες.

Pulizia quasi inesistente , rifacevano il letto e se tutto andava bene cambiavano asciugamani, i capelli e la sabbia li ritrovavamo, sporchi anche i bagni dell’hotel e intorno L area colazione Nonostante il do not disturb ci hanno bussato tutte le mattine mentre dormivamo , aprendo anche la camera Abbiamo prenotato la stessa camera in 2 coppie ed erano di dimensioni diverse Le tende non coprivano minimamente il sole, alle 7 era giorno Abbiamo dovuto contrattare per far includere il caffè espresso nella colazione Abbiamo trovato uno scarafaggio grande in doccia e dopo averlo ucciso e segnalato lo hanno tolto senza igienizzare (lo dico perché ho trovato ancora tracce) La vista mare molto lontana e parziale Palestra minuscola : 4 attrezzi buttati lì dove l impianto di areazione non funzionava Parlando con il proprietario (su Booking , dal vivo mai visto) ci ha detto che potevamo andarcene, e dove ? Non ho trovato strutture con posti liberi a prezzi simili a quelli pagati dato che avevo prenotato 1 mese e mezzo prima Pagati 180€ a notte , valeva una metà circa la struttura, peccato perché la posizione è l idea non erano male Se Booking non ci fa un rimborso almeno parziale difficilmente riutilizzerò i servizi
