RAMSI euer Familienhotel

Great hotel near the Nassfeld ski area - perfect for a family ski holiday. We came here twice already and had a great time. The rooms are great, and there's a large choice of rooms depending on your needs and the size of the family. Some rooms have balcony and some are downstairs with direct access to the garden, which is great. The pool is large and super clean, there is also a separate children's pool. Adults have access to the spa area, with several saunas, treatments, and relaxation areas. The food was delicious and varied, always with high quality ingredients. Breakfast and lunch is buffet-style, and for dinner you need to pre-order your main course from one of 3 or 4 choices that you select at breakfast. For children they always have two options and there's always a "back-up" option having pasta and tomato sauce. The staff are very friendly and they helped us organize all our activities - from ski school to ski rental etc. The partner ski school Thommi's Skischule is excellent, and our children made great progress skiing with their instructor. The Nassfeld ski area is a short ride away, about 5 minutes in the car, or there's a ski bus that comes to the hotel at 9 am. If you return to the hotel before 2 pm, they serve lunch, otherwise there's afternoon refreshments later on. After skiing there are plenty of activities for the children - especially the huge playground outside with trampolines, go-karts, climbing frames, swings, zip line, etc. as well as sign-posted nature walks around the hotel. The highlight for kids was pony riding and seeing the other animals on site - bunnies, goats, and donkeys. We loved staying at Kinderhotel Ramsi and are already looking forward to our next stay.

We booked Ramsi lastminute as I couldn't ski this year so we wanted something different from our usual ski holiday. It was UK and Austrian half-term and the lifts/slopes were busy. But we all had a great time. Gorgeous pool and adult only sauna area, loads for the kids to do after skiing (animals, sledging, sports hall, climbing wall). And a huge suite with a living area, biggest space we've had skiing! The food was also a highlight, mixture of buffet an excellent a la carte dinners which were very flexible for the kids. Staff all lovely too. There were a lot of Brits there and the hotel could have done with more signs etc in English but they might not have expected so many of us!

We stayed in October so the weather wasn't great but still had the best time. The food was really nice. Great ingredients, beautifully presented and well cooked.( I'm a chef that's hard to please so for me to say it's good then it's awesome). The staff are super friendly, well organised and on the ball. There are sooooo many things for the kids to do outside and In. They offer kids clubs but we didn't use them as there was lots to do anyway. Rooms are really nice, couldn't fault them, with balcony's overlooking mountains with stunning views. I would 100% recommend this to anyone Dean and paulina

Good food, clean rooms and nice people. The facilities for the children are also very good. I would recommend this hotel for young families. The food varied every night and was good, drinks during dinner are included

We spent winter holiday in Ramsi, with two kids, 8 years old. The kids had so much fun, because there are a lot of other kids and activities. The hotel has arrangement with Thommy ski school and the shuttle is organized every day, so if you ski or you do not ski, it does not matter, kids are taken care. The hotel also offers light lunch, if you get back to the hotel after morning skiing (we did not ski every day), however the lunch finishes at 14.00, so this might be only thing I would recommend chaining. If kids finish ski school at 13, and get the shuttle, they arrive at 13.30 and then there is not enough time. The service is good, we enjoyed talking to Nina for example, she was very helpful. Spa is amazing, very calm and clean. The ski area starts at Tropolach, with a gondola, going into Nassfeld ski area. Week ski pas you can buy at the reception, however, for the day ski pass, one need to go to the seling point in Milenium Express gondola station in Tropolach (and there is always a line). Sometimes, we took our car, there is free parking space i Tropolach, and also one can rent a depo for ski equipment, which is convenient. We would go back to Ramsi, winter or summer time. I suppose there are lot of hiking trails around.

Ein tolles Kinderhotel - die Kinder waren begeistert. Es gibt unzählige Spielmöglichkeiten, einen schönen, gepflegten Indoor-Pool und ein Kinderclub rundet das Angebot ab. Es gibt 4x am Tag ausgezeichnetes Essen. Ich habe im Restaurant um einen ruhigen Tisch gebeten und es wurde für uns ein sehr angenehmer Tisch in einer ruhigen Ecke reserviert. Sehr freundliche und aufmerksame Mitarbeiter. Man merkt es handelt sich um ein vom Eigentümer geführtes Hotel.
