We stayed at the Hermann Crown Suites in the Worlds Fair suite Thursday May 22,2024 - May 24th, 2025. We paid over $400 for two nights that included early check in and late check out. We took the train from Lees Summit MO so we had no control over our arrival or departure. The suite consists of a kitchenette, bathroom, jacuzzi room two bedrooms and a closet in the kitchenette area. The days we stayed the jacuzzi had yellow caution tape blocking it off. So we were rented a jacuzzi room without the jacuzzi and it was under construction. Not the romantic anniversary room we were expecting. The bathroom sported the only useable mirror in the suite, there was a mirror with hooks for you wet towels in the jacuzzi area but again it was roped off with yellow caution tape. So if you want to put on your makeup while someone is in the bathroom bring your own mirror to set up in the kitchen table. Also we had to hang our wet very small thin bath towels over the shower rod. Yes the walk in shower had a curtain not a door. The lighting was good in the bathroom. The kitchenette had a sink, a half fridge, microwave, coffee pot and a dinette table with three chairs. They had coffee filters and Folgers coffee. There were 6 glasses 2 wine ,2 water, and 2 coffee. There was a dish cloth and towel but no dish soap to wash said glasses. We were here two days minimum maid service if you requested it so we just rinsed our coffee cups out. There was no way to scoop the coffee as no utensils were provided luckily we noticed this right off as I only can drink decaf so we walked to the dollar tree three blocks away. They had Folgers decaf coffee that was exactly like the coffee in the room. So we also bought utensils so we could scoop and measure the coffee. The breakfast in the morning does not offer decaf coffee nor does the bar downstairs. The breakfast was your standard hotel scrabbled eggs nothing special. One bedroom had a pull out couch a night stand with a lamp and a table with a tv and a dvd player under the table. The other bedroom had a king bed two nightstands but only one provided plug ins for your phone, a beverage cart?, and a table with a tv on it. This bedroom faces the road and has three bay like windows with fantastic black out curtains. The room was quiet except the cars going down the highway in the main bedroom. Hermann is not a late night party town so the noise quiets down pretty early. We did not stay Saturday night but I can’t imagine it gets too rowdy. There was no place to put your clothes in the rooms except in your suitcase on the floor. The closet in the kitchenette had three hangers one plastics and two old metal dry cleaning hangers. It also had a suitcase holder but it would have been tight to put it in the main bedroom. The king bed was comfy if you like a real soft bed. We did address the jacuzzi issue with the front desk and was told since we paid early before we checkin they could only give us a gift certificate with t
