Clean, comfortable rooms, delicious breakfast with good options for vegetarians, friendly and helpful hosts. Close to gorgeous walks along the seaside. Exactly what we hoped for - a lovely short break by the sea, not far from London. Thanks very much!

The wife and I stayed for 3 nights but wished we could have stayed for longer. It was our first time in Herne Bay and the whole experience from the B&B to the town was amazing. Our hosts Rachel and Luke and team were very friendly with nothing that was too much bother them, they really couldn’t do enough for you. Our room was airy bright and tastefully decorated and i am serious when I say the shower was the best one I have had in a very long time. The double bed was super comfy and sheets could be changed daily if you wanted. The breakfast menu had everything you could ever need and catered for all requirements. The whole of the B&B was spotless and the wife and I will definitely be coming back to stay. Rachel,Luke and team you should be so proud of yourselves thank you. Gary and Tina❤️

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The beach at Herne Bay is less than a 10 minute walk away and the room was large, clean and well equipped. The breakfast was also delicious. Only negative is the hotel does not have a sign, so tricky to find without checking house numbers.

I travelled down from Suffolk with my elderly parents as we were visiting family at Herne bay, the rooms were immaculate both in cleanliness and decor with plenty of space. The breakfast was absolutely stunning and delicious, plenty of choice and generous amount of jams, marmalade and butter plus condiments, it was also nice to have a safe car space round the back of the house. I would highly and definitely recommend staying here, I will be returning when I visit my family again. Thank you for such a lovely stay.

We stayed here for just one night whilst we were visiting friends in Herne Bay and we will stay again! It was so convenient, there was parking around the back, and the hosts were lovely. We stayed in Room 3 which was massive! It had a little lounge area, a lovely bathroom and the bedroom area was big as well with plenty of room to get ready. There was also a fan in the room which was appreciated! Breakfast was lovely and the choice was really good. We can’t recommend this place enough.

We were looking for a Bed & Breakfast ahead of the Herne Bay marathon and booked for a one-night stay at The Sleep-inn Hare. Luke made us feel really welcome, the room was perfect with lots of space and a big comfy bed! The next morning Rachel made us a delicious breakfast with a yoghurt/fruit parfait, poached eggs, a very tasty omelette and an excellent cup of coffee. Having been B&B owners ourselves, we love it when we see a young couple really making an effort to provide guests with a great stay. Highly recommended.

Lovely big rooms tastefully decorated. All very clean and friendly helpful staff. Good choice at breakfast including fresh fruits. Own car park at the back of the property. Walking distance from the seafront.

Friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Rooms are a good size, with tea / coffee facilities, huge en-suite. Beds clean and comfy. Great stay and will use again
