Bluegreen Vacations at Hershey, Ascend Resort Collection

Wanted to get away just to relax with friends. We had a 2 bedroom unit for a week. The resort was very clean!!! That is the most important thing to me. One day we didn't have hot water for showers. Notified the front desk, went out for a walk and by the time we got back the hot water was back on. The living room furniture can be a little more comfortable. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 was the day we were checking out, the elevator wasn't working. We had to carry all our luggage down the stairs. Luckily we were only on the 2nd floor. I highly recommend this resort.

I expected this resort to be old and the area weak on adventure, but the resort was up to date, the staff was friendly and helpful and there was a lot to do in the area, especially with a day trip to Philadelphia. I would easily recommend a return stay.

The Suites at Hershey was a very clean place. The staff was very friendly. The hot water did go out for 3 days but came back on the day we checked out. The pool area was nice and not crowded. Small game room with a few things to do. The location is the biggest asset of this hotel. It is right across the road from the outlets and 2 minutes from Hershey Park. We would stay again.

Having to ask 4 times to get something done is beyond dissatisfied. Ran out of Body wash and went down to the front desk and asked for a new bottle and they said they would have house keeping take care of it. Next morning I went to wash my hair and the conditioner was out. I went down to the front desk and they gave me a bottle of body wash as that hadn't been taken care of. I did ask for the conditioner to be replaced with a new bottle. Later that afternoon I checked and it still hadn't been taken care of as we came back to the resort to take care of a few other things and proceeded to go to the front desk and ask for a bottle and they were out at the front desk but called house keeping and they immediately sent someone up to replace the one in the room.

The resort was wonderful. The staff was amazing and the units were large, well equipped, and extremely clean!!! Would definitely recommend staying here, especially if you have young children!

The Timeshare was excellent. The ability to park in a garage was very appreciated. The beds were great! The kitchen was great! The TV selection was great.
