To advertise this hotel as 4 star is quite frankly a disgrace. There were numerous facilities that were advertised on Love Holidays’ website, however simply did not exist or were unusable. This is a clear case of false advertising and had we known of the lack of facilities we would not have booked this hotel. Things that were advertised but not available: - A Spa including no sauna or steam room - Indoor pool, there was no indoor pool - Pool table, this didn’t exist - Beach volleyball, this was in a state of disrepair and not usable (see photo) - No room balcony despite us booking a balcony room (see photo of the 2 chairs and table by the front door) -Advertised as 200m from the beach, this is clearly not the case. On top of the false advertising, there were a number of issues with the room and hotel: - We had ants in our bathroom and had to ask 3 times at reception for these to be dealt with - the shower leaked water all over the floor, we used towels to mop this up and then were told that we could not have any new towels as this was only available every 2 days. We had not been informed of this at check in. We also reported this leak 3 times and nothing was done. - There were broken tiles at the bottom of the shallow end of the pool which were incredibly dangerous, yet nothing was done about this. - There were areas of the resort where building materials were just dumped, and works clearly abandoned (see photos) - In general the all inclusive offering was appalling, with the same food being served each day and lunch clearly being recycled from dinner. The restaurant was also full of wasps. - The only alcohol on offer at the ‘all inclusive’ hotel was wine on tap, one choice of beer and 3 pre-made cocktails. The main bar also shut at 9pm (despite it saying 11.30pm on reception) and everyone was forced to go outside and use a portacabin bar. There were also 2 periods each day where you could not even get a glass of water due to all the bars being closed.

Rooms and staff were ok, food was terrible- do not book All Inclusive!!! View is nice, honestly booked it for the view. Good - the best beach in town is the closest one to the hotel. Bad - it’s at least 12 min walk downhills. Uphills - didn’t even try)))

My experience was exceptional ! The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the pools were clean and perfect fro relaxation. My room was comfortable and spotless, and the breakfast was rich and delicious. The hotel's location offers stunning views and is peaceful, making it ideal for restful getaway.

This hotel is exactly like the photos here. Our booking was OK, with fast check in from the reception who was very friendly and informative with anything we asked them. Room was beautiful and clean,with refrigerator and huge bed with fresh linens and towels at the bathroom. Also the pool was spotless and wonderful. I would definitely recommend it to everyone who wanna spend his vacations in a good way.

We took the tickets and booked this hotel two days before our holidays date and just wanted to relax next to the sea. We were very lucky with the weather in October. The sea was warm and no any waves. We went to the beach every day. There were peace and quiet. Very friendly staff. We are grateful to dear Yulia for her attention and help from the first minute. She also gave us a lot of recommendations. Our vacation was successful and interesting. What we liked it - the cleanliness of the room, the green area, the gym, the clean sea and many different beaches. We found ourselves like in a tropical garden.

This is my experience from August 2022. This is the first time I have expressed my opinion about a hotel because there are different places, better and worse, so I try to be understanding, but this hotel is a joke that it says it is 4 stars, I think these stars are from heaven. I spent 2 weeks there, unfortunately, we chose this place with my husband for our honeymoon, it was a huge mistake. We chose the all-inclusive option, which was a joke, a 4-star hotel, the cost of all-inclusive was really high, and what happened to us was a nightmare. How can you offer yourself an all-inclusive hotel, as a 4-star hotel it offers people that crap food that is worse than some for animals. Literally, the breakfasts looked dirty and ugly every day the same, fried eggs, fried onion, old small sausages, toast with stinky cheese on it, the only positive in breakfast is freshly baked croissants. An all-inclusive lunch and dinner at this 4-star hotel are, 8 trays with warm food, plus a 'salad bar' which was often a mixture leftover from breakfast, i.e. boiled eggs, carrots, sausages, mixed with mayonnaise as a ‘’salad’’. for a 4-star hotel all-inclusive what as a guest, you can find to eat? 8 trays with among others, white plain rice, plain pasta, potatoes that were not even potatoes, only powder with water pretending to be mashed potato, the rest are vegetables, and a bowl of meat (often the only choices were frozen hamburger chops) and fish (often dry, frozen fish fingers) and that's it. At dinner there is ‘’life cooking’ which is a joke, often cook pretends to cook some food, which is mixing in a dirty stinky pan some pasta with vegetables, or some other food. the first time we met with such a poor all-inclusive, being in 2 and 3-star hotels we ate better food. it was all-inclusive at the lowest cost. What was not eaten from breakfast was brought to the bar as a snack, a disgusting thing to force people to eat anything, just to avoid waste, like pigs. For snack, there is no chips, no fresh food, only leftover from breakfast, like stinky eggs, or other stuff. What you can find in a snack bar? they serve for example fried onions with cabbage that nobody I didn't eat for breakfast, something terrible. the ice cream cooler was terribly dirty and scared you to move anything and eat it without being discouraged. Now there is a swimming pool, yes, there are several swimming pools, but during my entire 2-week stay, not one had filtered water, or not to mention cleaning sunbeds or garbage, all of them were lying all the time, the terrible stench from the water. whose water in the children's pool is green and blue, I emphasize for children? (visible in the photos). Shame for landlords who earn money at a low cost. For the first time I have encountered that in a 4-star hotel, guests were expected to clean the tables after themselves, what do you pay big money for? Reusable plastic cups in 4 star hotel is a joke. all of them are dirty with traces of lipstick so they do not
