The service at the reception is very nice, the superior rooms are adequate and the food is decent, but the main problem is the low quality and especially the noise of the cleaning ladies. It is absolutely impossible to relax in the room during the day if they are anywhere on the same floor. The constant slamming of the door as they keep going back and forth, the loud bangs and the cart rolling over the ceramic tile floor (which has no soft wheels) is very annoying, but it could be endured for a while. Unfortunately, the cleaning is also extremely slow, although there is no change of towels or linen. Often it's not even done until the afternoon, so you can't relax after returning from the beach. Other times they knock on the door before they finish serving breakfast. There's no "Do Not Disturb" note, so it is quite annoying that you have to get up and explain (they only speak Greek...). In addition, the walls are thin and the doors are loose, so you hear your neighbors, and if there is a crying baby next door, you will experience almost first hand (personal experience).

Completely satisfied. The rooms are very nice and clean, the food varied and delicious and the staff was always friendly, courteous and helpful. The location is central and still quiet. It only takes a few minutes to walk to the beach and the shopping mile, where there are numerous bars and restaurants.

The Location was ace! Right in the middle of town with hundreds of shops including supermarkets, restaurants, souvenir shops etc. The continental breakfast was really nice and the cooked breakfast had the basics, (baked beans, eggs, tomatoes, potatoes, bacon), however; it was rather bland and repetitive. The room was clean and spacious with a nice balcony but the view of the sea was restricted by the annex directly in front of the hotel. We were on the 3rd floor. The view would have probably been better on the 4th floor. Tea, coffee and water are not supplied in the rooms - this should be basic in all hotels. Breakfast, dinner and hot drinks cannot be taken to your rooms. The shutters came down and food service stopped immediately at the exact times; 10am and 9pm. There is a cost of €6 per day for Air Conditioning in certain rooms.
