They saw that we are religious so they speak with us in very bad way. They gave us to wait three hours for the key and in the end they didn’t give us and when we asked them why you don’t give us they said we gonna do what we want And when we said we want to cancel they said no ! and if you’re gonna continue to speak, we’re gonna call the police. My daughter start to cry because it’s very scary and she never heard her speak like that . !!!!!low level.

As part of my work in Herzliya, I stay at the hotel at least once a week. The hotel is excellent, spacious, clean and well-equipped rooms. In addition, there is a spa complex, a designed pool and a gym. For those who need it, there is also an option for a business lounge. And no less important, the hotel has a very helpful and efficient staff in all department Yossi

Lovely hotel. Modern, clean, great location. Room had everything you needed including welcome gifts and a comfy bed. Shower was amazing and towels changed daily. Breakfast buffet had so much choice. All vegetarian but lots of choice. Staff all pleasant and helpful. I'd certainly stay here again.

I booked a room with a balcony which gave me the option to spend the evening outside. The room is nice and clean, the bathroom functional but a little bit strange being along the full side of the room. The bed is comfortable and they offer a present which, along with the room makes you feel very welcome. The breakfast offers a lot of different international options - for Europeans at first probably a little bit difficult to get the set up and how it is organzied. From the hotel it's a short walk to the very, very nice beach, so you might even use the hotel for vacation. Unfortunately I was here for business and was not able to use as much time on the beach as I should have - next time I will add another day. There are restaurants and shops in close distance to the hotel.

I was in the spa for our wedding anniversary and all was super dirty!!! The walls, the pool, chairs and the jacuzzi was so dirty. Also the indoor pool doesn’t have any bar services. Just try to stay away from this dirty hotel. I didn’t see the bedroom but I think it’s the same because all the hotel looks like old and they are selling it as “premium” I was very embarrassed to invite my husband there … not to mention the massages that are very bad

Restful family Shabbat with excellent breakfasts and Friday night dinner. Good indoor pool and nice, well-equipped gym. Walking distance to the beach and marina. Indoor parking lot for a fee. Excellent service.
