The staff are lovely but the rooms are too hot! Didn't sleep at all, the weather wasn't that great either so it's not like it was the middle of a heatwave! When we told staff they just replied with yeah we know, the corridors and other areas were not that hot so I have no idea why the rooms were sweat boxes! They provided a fan but this did nothing at all

Handy location with good vehicle access and ample free parking. Usual warm welcome and comfy bed. Nice variety of tasty food next door, though the breakfast is expensive. Some room are up or down some steps, and the wifi is just about usable.

One of the nicer Premier Inns i've stayed in. Really nice location next to the Humber bridge, very pretty, even some peacocks around. Very pleasant and friendly staff at checkin. Rooms have clearly been recently refurbished, they were in great condition and very clean. Bed was the usual comfy Prem option. Only negative really is there's no air con but this is clear from the website, so no big deal. Great hotel though and was very reasonably priced for our weekend stay!

Very clean hotel & room. Nice big room. Plenty of storage. Very friendly staff. Extra tea & coffee in reception. Huge car park. Exceptional value for money. Easy to find. Nice walks nearby. Check out time at midday is really useful. Highly recommend.

This is a brilliant hotel, the staff are really friendly and helpful. Room was really clean and beds are comfy with additional pillows available Plenty of room on the car park which is free you just need to register reg at reception Loved the visiting peacocks

What a fantastic hotel! Lovely quiet location, plenty of parking and a restaurant on the doorstep. Reception staff were really friendly and helpful. The family room was a great size, the beds were out of this world and the bathroom was immaculate! Breakfasts were good value too.

Not the cheapest room . However the room ok and the Shower was nice.( what I would expect from premier Inn) But not having ability to charge phone close to bed .( due to only having USB A sockets next to bed. ) And being charged extra for WIFI that is of a usable speed is pathetic in 2025.

Lovely room with windows that open for ventilation and fresh air. More Premier Inns should offer this basic amenity. We enjoyed a cool and relaxing night's sleep as a result. Additionally, friendly staff and smooth check-in. Would definitely return.

We love staying at the Premier Inn, Hessle, when visiting friends and family in the area. The staff are exceptional and always welcome us like friends. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Plenty of free parking. Fun seeing and feeding the peacocks in the car park!
