The food was awful, the service as well, the staff doesn’t speak a good English and waiting all the time the tips. The room cleaning was just making up the beds, not even clean the bathroom. We didn’t use the medical services so can’t say nothing about it, the pools are nice

Clean and sophisticated environment. Variety of food on offer. A children's play area called Roomli has opened, with wonderful supervision. Happy faces, nice smiles. Business and friendly chats while everyone has a good time. ------------- Tiszta és igényes környezet. Választékos étel kínálat. Roomli néven gyermekjátszó nyílt, csodálatos felügyelettel. Vidám arcok, kedves mosolyok. Üzleti és baráti beszélgetések miközben mindenki jól érzi magát.

This is a great hotel. My room was really comfortable, nice comfy bed. I appreciated the empty fridge for my water, variety of glasses provided. Kettle and coffee machine provided. I was extremely impressed with the buffet breakfast and evening meal, both included in my half-board. Totally delicious, massive variety, every meal delicious. Outdoor pools very clean and well cared for. Thermal pool inside and outside. I would definitely go back to this hotel. You can easily walk to the thermal lake from the hotel. The hotel kindly lent us woggles without charge. I loved the lake and would love to return there. We paid for a three hour session, a very memorable experience. I had two massages at the hotel, they were great. I would really like to go back to this location and if I did would definitely return to this hotel.

We stayed at the hotel for the 3rd time and once again we had a great experience. Good location, friendly and helpful staff, very clean. Updated modern rooms with good beds, TV, safe, balcony. Extensive spa facilities, swimming pools, saunas, treatment pools. All in all, we recommend this hotel.

We used to stay many times at Hotel Európa Fit when we were just the two of us and now returned as a family with kids (10 and 6 years old). It is amazing that this hotel still looks very nice, fresh and updated, they have just renovated the whole apartments wing, everything is brand new and stylish! The Acapulco pool area is new and their kids animation team is fantastic too. Erika, Laci and Blanka are so kind and they make various programs for kids between 1-14, even XBox, Sony playstation are available for teens however there are many pools and programs as well. Food & beverages are great too, you will never get hungry or thirsty at all (we were on half board), great selection during breakfast and dinner too. Staff is very kind all over the hotel, we will certainly return!

Well thought after wellness area, with thermal water and large pools. Big variety of massage availabl, with well trained professional team. Very friendly end kind staff everywhere . Food is delicious with big variety to choose from.

We spent 2 nights in the hotel with our 4-month-old son. The hotel is located in a quiet area, the staff is friendly, the rooms are clean, we could comfortably fit in the standard room with the baby bed. Breakfast and dinner are varied and full of delicious food. The hotel bar offers classic cocktails. There are a lot of elderly foreign guests, although this was not a problem for me. In the wellness section, the steam cabin is brilliant, not smelly, quite big and full of steam.
