Travelodge Hexham is a really lovely place to stay. Modern & clean. A lovely warm friendly welcome from staff, from the moment I arrived. Clean, super comfortable bed & large room which would have been great for families as well ( Book Family Room) , as the bed had further pulll out beds. They have a café bar which whilst I didn’t eat dinner, the meals I saw come out of the Kitchen looked great. Very reasonable bar prices. Loads of charging points both USB & plug sockets in the café bar. The buffet breakfast was good quality with lots of choice. I was a solo traveller and it was just lovely to have such friendly staff. I felt very safe and at ease. A particular shout out to staff member Rebekah to whom I asked directions to Hexham church to attend a funeral. Rebekah offered a lift and actually took me there. Thank you so much Rebekah, you were a star. Thorough recommend

A lovely well kept hotel, rooms were spotless, food was really nice although limited choice available. No complaints at all. All the young girls on reception/bar were lovely , helpful and efficient always welcoming.

Great location. Extremely modern, clean hotel. All staff were extremely helpful. Room spacious and clean. Bathroom well equipped, bed comfortable. The breakfast accounted for everyone's taste. I had continental my husband had full English. The fruit medley with melon balls was extremely tastfully displayed. Better than at a premier inn I had stayed previous week.

Probably cleanest hotel stayed in, comfortable, friendly staff.Free parking, very central to all amenities. Also the cost of staying was very reasonable

We like staying at a Travelodge because it always does what it says on the tin. In otherwords you know what your going to get when you walk into the room , and this Travelodge was no different apart from it's only a couple of years old. The room was sparkling in every sense, 1st class . Checkin was straightforward, but it always is . All the staff we encountered were very pleasant. Carparking is just outside in a very large carpark, which is free for 72hrs, you don't get anything for free these days, so that's a massive plus. 15min walk up to the beautiful town of Hexham which included a very steep hill , what kept us going was the knowledge that at the top waiting for us was a JD Weatherspoons and a ex-servicemens club nxt door. We would have no hesitation staying here nxt time we fancy a few days in Hexham. Thank you Travelodge.

Very accessible from the A69. Within easy walking distance of the town centre, which is gorgeous, We were thrilled to have McDonalds, Lidl, Tesco, Waitrose and Aldi just a few steps away, yet it was still extremely quiet in the area. A new hotel that’s pristine and staff are lovely. Breakfast was amazing. Just more storage space in the rooms and it will be perfect.

The is a very new immaculate hotel in easy walking distance of historic Hexham. We stayed here for 2 nights whilst walking the Hadrian's Wall path. Relaxing atmosphere with helpful and friendly staff. Its extremely clean, quiet and relaxing. Rooms are large and comfortable, with modern shower and air-conditioning. Great quality and range of breakfast. We were really pleased we picked this accommodation option over others available in Hexham. I made a genuine mistake with my booking dates, however customer services were very prompt, helpful and kind in refunding my mistake.

Staff were very friendly when checking in , hotel is in a prime location , the room was immaculate and clean and spacious bathroom was spotless. Bed was really comfortable and had the best night sleep fantastic value for money . For a large hotel there was very little noise I had no disturbance whatsoever, town centre practically on the doorstep and right next to the train station and a five minute walk to bus station and shops would definitely recommend to family and friends Thank you for a lovely stay
