The hotel is simply amazing! It’s really 5 stars Hotel ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The managers Kelvin and Ivan are a very polite person. At the restaurant, David, May, the manager Leo, and all the staffs are impeccable. The room is clean, new, good smells, perfect cleaning in all the hotel. Our family are so happy with the treatment. Breakfast delicious and also dinner buffet with so fresh meat and all. We extended 2 days more just because of all the things and the people kindness that the Hotel can offer. We gonna be back in this Hotel for sure and indicate all our friends. Thank you all for everything and perfect treatment.

there was smoking smell inside the room despite we rested a non-smoking room. the reception staff changed another room for us which was ok. room size was big and the hotel can maintain its standard. there are many eateries nearby. hotel guests get special discount (up to 50%) for body massage on the 1st floor and reception is on the 2nd floor. overall happy stay.

Clean room. Very good breakfast. The bathroom amenities are a bit dated. Well located. Advice: prior to booking, ask the hotel whether the hot springs are open or not.

Big room, great breakfast (served until 11 on the weekends), nice staff, relatively cheap spa. Pity that the outdoor swimming pool was only open from 4:30 pm

Chose the hotel because of the location, close to a park, the river and shopping centre and because of the facilities with excellent breakfast, swimming pool and hot spring. Hot spring is expensive and became overpriced at the holiday. The pool then closed for the holiday too! Restaurant served great food but was only open at the weekend. Coffee bar in the lounge also overpriced and very slow service. They were very helpful in changing the room which was too hot and the air conditioning doesn't work in winter.

每次回河源都會住這家希爾頓 之前其實都沒有太發覺開了很久 這次住發現真的挺舊了 不過幸好服務態度 整體衛生什麼都非常好 位置也是很方便的 在JJ mall附近 這次訂了兒童主題房 小朋友超級喜歡 這個高低床很不錯耶 保護得很好 小朋友自己睡上鋪也不需要擔心 健身房的器械有點舊了 整體還是舒服的 下次回去還會住~

中規中矩吧。位置還可以，旁邊有個商圈、超市，吃飯購物都方便。衞生一般，用的地毯，陳年污垢難除，雖然可以理解，但是東一塊西一塊，確實噁心啊！最令人失望是早餐，臨近春節住兩個晚上，客人少，早餐也是沒什麼好吃。一堆盤子，都是蔬菜，冷盤，沒幾個肉，更別説什麼稍微高質量點的食物。難得牛肉丸也是純麪粉丸。小孩還收五十多，孩子衹吃了兩個麪包。哪來五星水平。
