Holiday Inn Miami West - Airport Area recensioner

The rooms were very clean and nice. The location is very convenient, right in the area of restaurants and mall. Just wish they had an outdoor bar for lounging.

Not the typical Holiday Inn. Hotel is dated, and customer service is inexistent. Front Desk telling stories to each other, client is not a priority, but an interruption to their social time.

Really nice staff. However, the hotel itself is very old to be in business. I had stains in my room and molds all over the place. And had to change rooms three times for broken A/C and elevator is out as well. The staff are nice and trying their best but the building need some attention

The hotel is getting old and the carpets in the aisles and rooms don’t look great. Breakfast area is excellent and there’s variety of options. Location is perfect to catch a flight from MIA airport

The stay was poor, customer server was poor the sheets were dirty and at breakfast the food was cold overall the stay was not nice a waste of money. I won’t be staying here ever again. I wanted to check out from The very next day but I have them the benefit of the doubt that the time of night I got in they were tired

They offer an airport shutle service. But the service is not available.

The service is attentive and very polite. The room are spacious and the hotel has all the facilities including a 24/hr gym. Bed are comfortable with crispy linen but it is a dated facility which badly needs a change of carpeting and some bathrooms modernization. Overall a pleasant stay between flights

I spent a week sleeping in my truck (box truck) to finally break down and get a room, and I couldn’t have picked a worse time to come here. The floor they put me on had a multi room teenager party going on. I don’t know if they were traveling for sports or what but there were about 30 teens all staying in the room next to me and scattered throughout the floor. I normally don’t have a problem with a little noise and fun, but these were the most disrespectful inconsiderate kids I’ve ever met. They were blaring loud music, screaming at the video game they were playing and literally banging on the walls. First I went down to the lobby and simply asked if I could get a different room and the manager on duty, if that’s what you want to call her said they were all booked up and offered me ear plugs. Mind you, when I checked in, this young lady was kind, polite, and helpful. Also I should say, this was all happening at 10:30 at night and I had to be up at 6am for an 11 hour drive. So a little while goes by and at this point I just want my money back, I’ll sleep in my truck again. So I go down and respectfully just ask for my money back and explain that it’s just not going to work out and then the lady gives me attitude like I’m the bad guy. So screw this place, they only care about money, not individual customers that frequent their establishments. They’re okay with an entire bus of teens taking over a whole floor with their BS instead of asking them to stop. By the way, I have videos of how loud these kids are. And in one of the videos, a kid from a room AT THE OTHER END OF THE HALLWAY came down (they were in and out of the room next to mine all night.) and said “oh yeah I can definitely hear y’all from down there” and I was in the room next to theirs so I’d say it was a little fu***** ridiculous. I ended up sleeping at a truck stop in the worst part of Opaloka because it was the only truck stop around. Terrible staff terrible management.
