Holiday Inn Express & Suites Bellevue (Omaha Area)

All we wanted to do was watch the football game as a team in the lobby. I believe his name was TJ and he was the MOST rude, inconsiderate, customer service guys I have ever encountered and we travel all summer long. The guy at the front desk told me that he was the manager and that his GM was on vacation. He actually said “I’m watching the Fast and the Furious right now”. R u kidding me?!?!? As a business owner myself, I don’t have my employees watching what they want if a customer wants to watch something else!! Then he throws his GM under the bus and said he locked the remotes in his office and was on vacation. LIES!!!! The next morning there was a different very nice lady working and when I asked if she had found the remotes, she opened a drawer and took it right out for me. He should at least be reprimanded or if he was mine, I’d fire him on the spot! I hate to leave this review, but someone needs to hear it! Suzette

Breakfast was very good and the lobby was very modern. We stayed for the College World Series and it’s super easy to get to downtown Omaha from the hotel. The rooms were also very clean and helpful. Pool was small but good for kids. I would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Omaha for an event.

Decent hotel with above average complimentary breakfast. Great location beside Walmart and near many restaurants. Friendly front desk staff. On site laundry machines/soap reasonably priced. Booked this hotel as we saw previous reviews talk about evening Manager Reception with snacks and drinks, it's advertised still in the hotel - but yet here we are on a Monday and told this has been CANCELLED, they will remove poster ftom elevator. Pool is small and chilly. Spa remains out of order. Towels provided by the pool are hand towel sized - best to bring bath towels from your room.

We were looking for something close to Omaha but not in Omaha and this fit quite well. It was a quick drive to the zoo and reasonably priced for the distance. It was clean and had nice amenities- Keurig, fridge, microwave and soft beds. Wide tv channel selection. Nice pool. Decent enough hotel breakfast. Close to a lot of restaurants and stores. I thought it might be loud but didn’t notice any noise for the two night stay. Staff were friendly

Excellent stay! Would give them 10 stars if possible. Our room was on 1st. floor and was very clean and looked newly updated. Lena and Scott at front desk were above and beyond welcoming and helpful. The best hotel breakfast ever! They actually have happy hour with snacks and beer and wine. Don't overlook this hotel if in the area - you won't be disappointed.

Came into the hotel at 1:30 am and met the front desk man, Scott. He was very friendly and accommodating. Around 2am I went to get ice and could not make entry into my room. I then had my wife try her key. It couldn't be accessed from the outside. After a few attempts of trying to fix it, Scott moved us rooms at 2am and gave us some priority club points and some ice cream sandwiches. Scott went above and beyond to help us and accommodate us at unusual hours with an unusual situation. Nice location nice rooms. Very good breakfast, biscuits and gravy were very tasty.

This is the coolest hotel!!! They have free snacks, wine, and beer when we arrived!!! It was very refreshing, and the people at the front desk were very welcoming and nice!!! We highly recommend this hotel!

Held a baby shower for my son and daughter-in-law at the Holiday Inn Express meeting room in Bellevue Ne and I can’t say enough good things about our experience and how well we were treated! The staff is the absolute best ❤️

I would like to thank that Manager at this HIE for how well she handled our reservation issue. The reservation was mixed up with point, when we visited with the Manager, she was courteous, pleasant to work with, and handled our issue quickly. I know the hotel was very busy with weekend guest, but she made time and worked through our issue. I travel a lot for business and this hotel is lucky to have this Manager. Thank you for working with us.
