Our Wonderful Driver Mr. Peumal took us to Coral Rock by Bansei . We 2 couples with children ordered lunch with a few beers .. and honestly the food that came out was amazing .. I would give a 5 star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ rating for the excellent food and service and it comes with a fantastic view !

Spent 5 nights here at the end of our holiday. Its a fantastic hotel. The staff were lovely & friendly - nothing was too much trouble. The food was gorgeous- buffet style breakfast with something for everyone. We also ate here a couple of evenings and the food was outstanding. Its right on the beach and in the middle of everything. I would definitely come here again & would highly recommend.

Wonderful hotel. We had a rest with family in September. We liked everything. The hotel is small and cozy, very kind and friendly staff. The voucher included breakfast and dinner. The food is delicious. When there was no buffet, they invited food with beautiful presentation. The hotel is located right on the beach and has its own pool. Turtles and fish swim within a five-minute walk. We went out of season, so there was renovation going on, but it did not have a negative impact

Best pool spot in Sri Lanka! Walk straight onto the beach (you can see turtles if you’re lucky!) and the staff are all so lovely! The pool is cold which is really nice especially in such hot weather, you can get good value food and drinks and the hotel is decorated really nicely!

It you want a comfortable nights stay with attentive staff and a drink by the pool on a hot day this is where to come. Lovely views great services. Food is okay, but you have so many options where the hotel is situated you won’t really mind at all.

The cold pool is amazing !! very relaxing on a hot day ☺️ Love coming here at lunch time for the chips, burger's and the chocolate milkshakes and definitely for the cocktails !! The Staff are so welcoming and lovely also ! Such a pretty view of the sea from the sun beds and pool!

We have been travelling around Sri Lanka for the last 14 days with 12 friends and decided, on the spur of the moment to book in to the Coral Rock by Bansei hotel for the last 5 nights of our stay. We were met at reception by a stunning young lady who made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. The food is amazing, I had the best works beef burger, the beer is icy cold (we are Aussies and love cold beer) and the staff couldn't have done any more for us. The rooms are great, the whole Hotel is very well presented. We even had our towels made in to little love hearts. I am sitting on the pool deck enjoying the sun while watching the waves crash on the shore I would highly recommend this hotel. Cheers

The Coral Rock by Bansei hotel in Sri Lanka, in the Hikkaduwa area, left me with the most pleasant impressions. The first thing that pleased me was the location of the hotel on the first line by the sea. The room had a beautiful view of the endless ocean, which created a unique atmosphere of relaxation and tranquility. The room I stayed in was spacious, comfortable and clean. All necessary amenities were available, making the stay as comfortable as possible. The service at the hotel was top notch - the staff were friendly, attentive and responsible. The hotel pool also had an excellent location - overlooking the sea. I spent a lot of time on the sun lounger, enjoying the sun and the coolness of the pool at the same time. The cuisine at the hotel deserves special mention - breakfasts and dinners were varied and delicious. I was able to try various Sri Lankan and international cuisines. I highly recommend Coral Rock by Bansei in Sri Lanka if you are looking for the perfect place to relax by the sea with comfort and excellent service.
