Crystal Sands Hikkaduwa

各方面與價格不匹配，給我們的房間兩個空調都是壞的，讓換房間不給換，非要叫人來修，弄得滿地都是水，不建議來住，照片肯定是好看的，但是都是假象

My friends and I had the best stay in Crystal Sands for a weekend. We stayed in the Palm Suite. From booking to check out, the entire process was seamless. The staff was friendly and the food was exceptionally good. We ordered meals via room service several times because of this. The beds and pillows were so comfortable, quite a few times people ended up napping when they didn't want to. The ACs were strong and kept the apartment cool regardless of the humid weather. The apartment was clean with great amenities. We loved that there was an oven and a microwave, as well as a fridge and a freezer. We liked the automated Alexa who lowered and raised the blinds everyday. The rooftop restaurant was good with a decent breakfast spread. As this is an apartment, there were a few hiccups with functionality in a few cases, but they were not issues that took away from the overall experience. All in all, I recommend staying here if you're going to Hikkaduwa. It's about a 15 minute drive from the main hub, but there is parking, security, and a near empty beach.

It was great expirience and very confortable suite... Starightway looking at ocean... Nice small plunge pool too. Booked it at last moment at bit higher rate but itcwas worth. Had good privacy and comfortable staying. Staff was the key highlight as they were very freindly and excellent resource. At the resturant there was girl called Dilky who was very well prepared and accomodated our requests to our liking. Food was tasty and Prawn Biriyani was excellent. All amenities were excellent and technology used well too to easy stay. Perfect spot.
