The cleaning staff was extremely loud in the morning. Cleaning carts were parked directly in front of our door, making it difficult to get in and out of our room. We felt that we were being rushed out of our room before the check out out time. If you don't mind noise and being woken up by staff then this is the place for you. If want a peaceful, quiet and restful experience, go elsewhere.

The rooms were very clean. The front desk clerk was courteous. The hot breakfast included biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, sausage patties, waffles, cereal, yogurt and a variety of cereals. Walking distance to outside restaurants. Good stay.

This is an older property and they haven’t put much into it, long overdue for a refresh; but it was exceptionally clean and the staff was kind and courteous. Breakfast was not exceptional— I’m used to more selection and better quality from other chains. Every step my upstairs neighbor took sounded elephantine.

I travel alot and tend to lean towards Best Western and this one is one of the best. Very clean, great staff, good breakfast, and location. I had multiple staff with me and we all enjoyed our stay

Arrival and checking the staff was quick and efficient. Room was clean and comfortable. Daughter wanted to have a weekend away for her birthday, staff put together a cute goodie bag. Pool was nice and breakfast had a good variety.

This hotel was a very enjoyable experience for my family while we stayed here visiting family in the Columbus area. The hotel breakfast had a nice variety of food. The hotel desk staff did everything they could to make guests feel comfortable including turning on a TV for a late night football game and helping find food items that ran low. The indoor pool is smaller but sufficient for exercising or playing tag with kids. The area around the hotel is a shopping center, so food and general supplies are easy to find. Access to the freeway is close.

We stayed one night at the hotel which was very clean and the beds were comfortable. There was plenty of room and the room had a desk, sofa, table and refrigerator. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good and had eggs, gravy, cereal, fruit, juice, coffee as well as other items.
