Crowne Plaza London Heathrow T4, an IHG Hotel

We chose this hotel because it's onveniently connected to terminal 4, so we don't have to travel from London city early to catch our morning flight. The room is a bit stuffy. The air-conditioning isn't cold enough even though we set it at 16°C. The toilet has no shower cap, toothbrush, toothpaste, etc. The good thing is, the bed is very big and comfy. We rested well, and that's all that matters.

The hotel is about a ten-minute walk from Heathrow Airport T4 and has a dedicated covered corridor. If your flight time requires you to stay near the airport, this is definitely the best choice for you. The two hotels under IHG are in the same building, sharing an elevator corridor and an atrium (by the way, this atrium seems to be the prototype of the famous horror game ”back room“).

Very helpful staff, clean and cozy room. Many choices in the buffet breakfast. However, our flight was delayed and we could not get a room with a bathtub (we bought bath bomb before we check-in!). We could only use the shower! Highly recommended if you need to catch your flight at the airport. Five minutes walk from terminal 4.

Really nice hotel with very big room and the bed was very comfortable!

The hotel customer service is perfect since before I stayed with them. I queried at a late night before I booked the hotel about the airport shuttle bus as I am flying from a different terminal. The staff on the line is very kind and helpful. Hotel staff are very friendly and efficient on check in at late night. I have paid for the breakfast but I left very early. So they have offered me to go to the holiday inn to have the breakfast instead because holiday inn breakfast section will start earlier. They provided fast checkout, similar to other airport hotels. The walking area from the tube station to the hotel is all covered and not too far. So I don’t need to worry when it is raining. But it is a bit cold in April, so make sure you have enough clothing. The hotel room is reasonably big. Only shower area is available in my room. The room is clean with a notes left by the cleaner, not sure if this is IHG policy or not. But this is really responsible. Bed is comfortable and there is charger next to it as well. There is free water bottle available in the room as well.

It has everything that I asked for. It’s very close to Terminal 4 and I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

This is the second time we've stayed here and it hasn't disappointed at all , the staff are very courteous and willing to help , the room is big and very clean , well soundproofed and the bed is comfortable . Very convenient for arrival or departure from terminal 4 , five minutes walk to the terminal . Breakfast is very good with a wide selection . Definitely recommend you try here

It's a very good Hotel. The Rooms are very comfortable and spacious. Breakfast has everything you need and would expect from a hotel like this. The bar is also nice and has a good selection of beers. Food is excellent, albeit pricey.

My room had make up on the floor and it had a bad smell when I used the shower. The front desk that night wasn’t too helpful.
