Crowne Plaza London Heathrow T4, an IHG Hotel recensioner

I have stayed in this hotel a lot of times. It is not a wise decision this time as I need to arrive at terminal 3 at 4.30am where there is no public transport and I can only take a taxi. Service is good and efficient, clean in general. The location is within heathrow, so it is still fine for me.

The staff is friendly and attentive, always ready to meet guests’ needs. Breakfast is plentiful, with fresh and delicious options. The hotel’s location is very convenient, with easy access to transportation, making it ideal for business or leisure travelers. Overall, it was a highly satisfying experience, and I would definitely recommend it! 😋The English breakfast at this hotel was also quite good, with a nice selection of freshly prepared items. It added a pleasant touch to the stay and made the mornings even more enjoyable. 🚬The smoking area downstairs is also quite elegant, providing a comfortable and pleasant environment. It’s a thoughtful addition for guests, allowing a relaxing space without affecting the hotel’s overall ambiance.

Good as per what I expected. Check in was smooth and hassle free.

We chose this hotel because it's onveniently connected to terminal 4, so we don't have to travel from London city early to catch our morning flight. The room is a bit stuffy. The air-conditioning isn't cold enough even though we set it at 16°C. The toilet has no shower cap, toothbrush, toothpaste, etc. The good thing is, the bed is very big and comfy. We rested well, and that's all that matters.

The hotel is about a ten-minute walk from Heathrow Airport T4 and has a dedicated covered corridor. If your flight time requires you to stay near the airport, this is definitely the best choice for you. The two hotels under IHG are in the same building, sharing an elevator corridor and an atrium (by the way, this atrium seems to be the prototype of the famous horror game ”back room“).

Very helpful staff, clean and cozy room. Many choices in the buffet breakfast. However, our flight was delayed and we could not get a room with a bathtub (we bought bath bomb before we check-in!). We could only use the shower! Highly recommended if you need to catch your flight at the airport. Five minutes walk from terminal 4.

Linked to Heathrow terminal. Covered walkway. Well maintained and clean property. Staff at restaurant (breakfast) well trained and mannered. Staff at check in need to improve for attentiveness.

No room is available at 9pm. Reception’s attitude is poor.  Good to use luggage trolley all the way from train to hotel lobby.

Great stop before the airport! The hotel is beautiful and the room was spacious and very clean. Front desk staff were extremely welcoming and helpful and the shuttle bus to the airport terminal was on time and really easy to navigate - they picked us up from right outside! We would stay here again

Really nice hotel with very big room and the bed was very comfortable!

A very convenient location for layovers at LHR T4. A 3-5 minute walk from arrivals/departure at T4 to the hotel check in desk. Rooms are comfortable and clean for a short stay. Very efficient and quick sign in - perfect after a long flight.

Nice hotel convenient located and connected to Heathrow Terminal 4 by walking tunnel Clean and well designed rooms, you could not ask for more for a one night stay after late evening arrival

Generally good in all aspects definitely the hotel to stay in if you need to be close to Heathrow
