Our wedding at this stunning countryside venue was truly magical, and much of that is thanks to the incredible manager. He’s not just a manager—he’s the heart and soul of the place and made everything flow perfectly. From the moment we arrived, he was on top of every detail. He wasn’t just coordinating the day; he was everywhere, making sure everything ran smoothly. Whether it was calming down a nervous bridesmaid, handling last-minute changes, or keeping everything on schedule, he managed it all with ease and professionalism. What really stood out was his warmth and enthusiasm. His energy and humor lit up the day, turning an already beautiful wedding into something unforgettable. He has this amazing ability to make every guest feel special, remembering names and little details that made everyone feel welcomed. The venue itself is gorgeous, with beautiful countryside views and fantastic food, but he elevated it all. His passion for his work and attention to detail made our day beyond perfect. A charming countryside Hotel with excellent views over Worcester. first impressions, a big beautiful hotel with lots of grounds. After reading some of the reviews was a bit apprehensive but I think it’s a nice hotel rooms are spacious nice big bed we had something to eat in the restaurant, which is called Gurkhas country bar and grill the service excellent food tasted great highly recommended the mixed grilled yum. Reasonably price drinks and food. Give this hotel a go it clean tidy very pleasant staff with great food.

Had lunch here the other day. Place was empty, no atmosphere and no staff around initially. Couldnt be bothered to find anywhere else so sat down and ordered. I cant think of anything nice to say about the food, and I know what im talking about. Its not even reasonably priced, go there-see for yourself...

Beautiful surroundings and a very nice hotel. The restaurant has delicious Indian food and the reception was friendly and helpful and the room had absolutely everything you need. It was spacious and very clean. Would definitely recommend this place.

Rooms are small, basic and very dated - everywhere is in need of major update and renovation - this is a beautiful building that has been allowed to decay which is such a shame - it could be a gem in Worcestershire if the owners showed it some love and attention.

Stayed while on a course in Worcester - arrived while there was clearly a large party occurring. Nobody at reception, rang the numbers on the sign and no answer. Eventually somebody came to check me in. My room was dated, smelled musty and had mould in the bathroom and the vents were caked in dust. There was little to no hot water and the bathroom was dated. We went to the restaurant, which had no customers except us. I got a diet coke, which was flat and tasted of chemicals. The menu itself was limited, and the paper covered in stains and we didn't feel comfortable eating there so left to eat at another restaurant. Myself and a colleague decided to leave and stay in a Holiday Inn nearby - all we wanted was a good bed and a hot shower. To top it off, the fire alarm went off twice and there was multiple cars revving loudly in the car park. Children were running around shouting outside our rooms and it seemed like there was no respect for paying guests. To charge £100 for a room that is so scruffy is shocking - the furniture is uncomfortable and dated, the rooms are dirty and the hotel is unwelcoming. We would have mentioned our complaints to the staff but there was nobody to be seen, except groups of males sat in the lobby. Wouldn't waste your money when there's plenty of nicer hotels nearby!
