Nice hotel … with nice cleaned room . Good location - 15min by walk from Hiroshima station and tram station ….. not much restaurants in the neighborhood…. Very quiet street .

Located very close to the main train station. Breakfast spread was very good and staff were extremely helpful and polite. Heating and air-conditioning options were both available during winter.

Great location close to the station. Staff gave us a free upgrade which was a nice surprise! Would recommend checking out the Shukkeien Gardens, which are located close by.

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. This hotel is affordable but I DO NOT RECOMMEND a stay here. Your belongings are not safe here! I have left my branded makeup on the counter and they disappeared after housekeeping. To have items stolen laying in plain sight is appalling, I am very disappointed by the safety of this hotel and the recovery services they provided. The front desk staff just mentioned that they checked the linens and it was not there, clearly not showing any responsibility for the loss of items. They hotel did not do an investigation of their housekeeper at all.

Centrally located. I stayed only for a night and no issues at all. Tho the room is a bit compact. They need to upgrade their tv to smart TV for us to connect to Netflix.

Hotel was close walk to Shinkansen station, had lovely staff and the buffet breakfast was also very good. The room was a good size and we enjoyed our stay.
