This hotel proved to be an excellent choice, primarily due to its prime location and thoughtful amenities. The complimentary bottled water provided in the room was a welcome touch that added to our comfort during the stay. What particularly impressed me was their efficient Express Checkout system. This convenient feature allows guests to simply leave their room cards and depart without the usual front desk procedures – a time-saving solution that I believe should become an industry standard. In our increasingly fast-paced world, such streamlined processes make a significant difference in the overall guest experience. This modern approach to hotel operations clearly demonstrates the property's commitment to guest convenience and satisfaction.

Great location, easy to walk from the train station, good amenities

Good location. There is parking beside the hotel. Room is good size, bed is comfortable. The breakfast buffet is ok. Overall, it’s a good place to stay.

Oddly, the hotel is ‘upside down’ - the lobby is on the top floor, and after using the machines to check in, we went down in the lift to get to our room. Nice room, a good size; the only of the four hotels that we stayed in where we could walk on both sides of the bed! Even had a sofa that we could relax on. A comfortable bed. A very relaxing room for our stay. There was a very nice laundry room with three washing machines, an ice machine, two microwave ovens and a couple of drinks dispensers. Even though there are lots of tourists, we could find no English language programmes on the television. Very convenient for the railway station, but it was about a 30 minute walk to the Atomic Bomb Dome and Peace Park. However, being more remote, it was a quiet area. The breakfast was acceptable, not extensive, but sufficient. We did the check-out on the television in the room, left the door keys in the room, and left the hotel. Very efficient, a great system. We enjoyed our stay, and recommend this hotel.

Hotel is good especially free drink and late night snack.

Stayed here for 2 nights in a moderate single room. The room size was great, bed was really comfy, and also staffs were very friendly. Just a short walking distance to the main street and sightseeing sites.

とっても綺麗でした。ホテルも広島駅から八丁堀まで路面電車に乗って8分➕徒歩2-3分でした。路面電車は1.2.6番線は八丁堀に止まるので、待つことなくすぐ乗れました！広島城まで徒歩で行けます！広島城から原爆ドームまでは徒歩で15分ほどでしたが、雨のためバスで行きました。バスは来るのが遅いのと広島城から少し歩いたところで、230円均一のメープルバスに乗車。路面電車もバスもSuicaで払えました！！広島城から原爆ドームはバスで10分ほど、平和資料館前で降りるとすぐ近くまで行ってくれるので楽でした！！！２日目は宮島へ行きましたが、ホテルでキャリーケースを預けてくださりありがたかったです。帰ってきた時アフタヌーンティーがやってたのでついでに行きました。チェックアウト後もホテルでゆっくりできるのが最高ですね。大浴場はシャワーが16個、ロッカーが20個ほど、ドライヤーが5-6個ほどでほんとに小さいです。温泉も1つしかなく、外国人しかいなかったのでゆっくりしたい方は部屋のお風呂がいいと思います。バイキングも朝行ったら混んでたので、整理券をもらいその場で待つか、部屋に戻れば電話で呼んでくれます。部屋に戻ったのですが、10-15分ほどで連絡が来ました。夜のお茶漬けが美味しかったです。旅行客の8割ぐらいが外国人の方でしたが、みなさん静かでいい人ばかりでした。

距離廣島市中心大約5-10分鐘路程，就可以到達商店街、百貨公司、美食街。酒店設施乾淨企理，入住很舒適，而且房內有張小沙發和茶几，晚上可以坐下來，很好！

호텔 시설도 좋고 관리도 잘되어 있습니다. 디셉션에 해피아워 서비스도 좋고 저녁 오차즈케도 맛나요. 근처 핫초보리,돈보리 상점가와 원폭돔,슈케이엔공원 같은 볼거리도 가까워서 좋습니다.

尾道真的很漂亮，酒店附近環境很好，附近有很多美食，位置一流，對面就是海邊，去哪裡都方便，還有車位。。

地理位置優越，非常鄰近路面電車，而且附近有便利店，可以隨時食宵夜。 房間整潔寬敞，浴室設備齊全，惟花灑頭水壓稍遜。 浴場骨子，有免費lotion 及飲用水提供，溫泉水溫亦可接受。同層外有自動售賣機及付費洗衣乾衣機可供使用。 頂樓reception 有附近名勝及餐廳地圖介紹，非常貼心。另有免費早晨咖啡（10:30開始），下午茶小食及晚點提供。 懂日文的朋友可以借閱圖書細閱。 整體我給滿分👍🏻
